I'm nearby several times a month for work and we went there for lunch with coworkers. It was my second time there and we noticed new lunch specials that said "Combinations".. get a pasta or pizza and a salad for around $13. All four of us ordered from the same lunch special menu. It took almost 45 minutes for the food and the lunch pasta was very tiny - about what fits in a regular ramekin. When we left, we paid over $25 each and only one of us had a soda. Everyone else had water. Not thinking of it, we just paid and left. Back at the meeting, I looked at the receipt and noticed we were charged for two half salads of around $23 in addition to our 4 lunch specials. I went back in the evening as I was working just a block away and expected a refund for the salad. It took a while for a manager to arrive but he told me he served us (I distinctly remember it was some other person) and that the pizzas did not include salads nor some other random item on the menu. It was not stated on the menu and I told him that I felt the menu is not clear and deceptive. The waiter also did not inform us of it either. We basically paid more money for less food. If we just ordered from the regular menu and not the "lunch specials," it would have been cheaper with larger portions. The manager said sorry and did nothing for the decieved guests. I just left. I told everyone at the office the next day what happened and we will not return despite working about a block away. Point of long story = AVOID the lunch specials. BTW, the food is fine/good. Horrible, slow service, but decent food.

Great service and delicious food!

Beautiful day to sit out on the patio with my girlfriends while we enjoyed our mock tails of Pear Soda at $4 a pop. It consists of Ginger Beer and Lime Juice. Really refreshing for the unexpected warm weather in mid March. Ask for light ice to get the most bang for your buck.We share the fried ravioli (on happy hour but not pictured here) and the fried polenta (my favorite appetizer here).I ordered the Combination Pizza which was quite tasty. The crust was crispy & light. My friends ordered fettuccine pasta (not pictured) and raved about it. All in all, it was a pleasant evening dining in midtown.

We came here for a late night dinner. I was happy that we could eat inside because it was cold that evening. They have a very nice outside patio set up for outside dining. My daughter and I ordered they ordered a few items that were brought to the table quickly. I ordered a bowl of tomato bisque soup with and appetizer order if fried ravioli. The ravioli was nice and crispy. It was stuffed with cheese and spinach. The tomato soup was light and tasty.

First time having dinner here and it was amazing! It was pretty busy for a Saturday evening but the wait wasn't bad at all. We had our dog with us so they seated us outside which was nice and they gave us a little water bowl for him as well. They were super welcoming to our dog and I think that made the experience better! Our food came out super hot and fresh, not to mention it was delicious. It was the perfect t amount of pasta, with a huge piece of garlic bread. They were prompt with service and very polite. 10/10 recommend for date night or any time you're craving pasta, pizza or calzones!

Love Paesanos!! Went there for my birthday dinner..Chose to sit outside in their heated patio...so nice. Everything is always amazing! Bocce balls came with six but we ate one prior to the picture. The pesto tortellini was changed from the pesto sauce to Alfredo...great decision. Service and food were excellent!!! Will definitely return.

Always delicious and consistent with friendly and competent service. Casual enough to bring the whole family. This is actually the place my husband and I had our first date. We will always support, yet an important note: the last few times we visited, the bathroom is super dirty.

Christopher was way awesome and made our first time experience a memorable one. We weren’t expecting too much from a seemingly big place but we were pleasantly surprised and blown away by the service and the food. Happy hour also was a great deal. Thank you for a lovely time.

By far one of the best Italian restaurants I have been to! The Bruschetta is absolutely amazing with a oerfect balance of sweat and salty. The pasta is to die for and I would highly recommend any of their pasta dishes. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the service. The staff was beyond slow for a restaurant that only had 4 full tables and what appeared to be a full staff. Our waitress walked by us multiple times and even acknowledged us, yet we never got refills in the hour we were there. Tables around us continued to be served and receive beverages yet our waitress never returned to our table after delivering our food.

We had a lovely dinner at this great spot in old town Sac. The service was nice without being over the top. The menu was simple but covered all your flavor bases. The drinks were a treat, hand crafted cocktails without a big pricetag. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars, my tiramisu was a little off in terms of texture!!!
