I love their coffee but it's insane how often they get their Doordash orders wrong. I'm constantly getting real milk or missing the vanilla bean when I order. Or sometimes they make the honey one. If you go in the store the order is never wrong. I think they just don't read the order slip properly? Very inconsistent.
Ordered ahead online to only be told once I got to the store they were out of stock. We are well beyond the point of having accessible and cheap inventory management systems. After wasting gas and my morning, was offered no solutions to rectify the situation.
Love the coffee here. Some of the best roasted I have tried in my life. It is worth every penny spent,if you are into coffee.

Best sourcing, best product, worst customer service. Why does it seem the whole staff is 20 year old females who hate middle age white males???? Irregardless, is it too much to ask if the cashiers keep their dirty cash handling hands off the rims and inside of the cups during handling? Thanks:)

After experiencing the other location, we were excited to stop in.But only to be disappointed. None of the staff seemed interested in us as customers and the milk was extremely foamy and burnt.I’ll probably stick to the other location, they were training a new barista and she did better milk than these folks here.
The coffee was super good and I got the Honey Bear Latte. There was no food items at the moment when I went so eat before you go. ?
