Great place to stop and have a hot or cold tea or coffee. Very nice staff very accommodating.
The coffee drinks they make when visiting are enjoyable.However, I've bought two bags of beans from two of their locations and the beans were either stale or went stale very fast when using at home. The beans were from separate places so I don't think the bad taste was a matter of preference.

August 2021. Continuing my coffee house tour, Pachamama on 20th St. in Midtown was one of my stops. Delicious, sustainably sourced coffee - and very friendly baristas! A relaxing place to hang out either indoors or outside! The seating outside is limited but adequate.
Ok I give up. After two of the worst mochas I've ever had that were barely warm after I requested extra hot, I guess I'm being punished for asking you to train your cashiers not to touch the inside of the cups after it happened twice.
I recommend the lavender latte or any of their seasonal drinks…and really any of their coffees
