No stars! This was the absolute worst place. We had to throw away most of the food. My grandsons mixed seafood contained undercooked fish and shrimp and included some unknown/indiscernible meat item. He became nauseous a few minutes after trying the food. My granddaughter had to spit out part of her Oder into a napkin. Her Kailua pork was overcooked and barely edible, as was her Katsu. My youngest grandson ordered bbq chicken and chicken Katsura. Breading on Katsu overcooked, while the in’s was undercooked. My Fire Isand chicken, while edible, was also overcooked. There were also mistakes in the order (one Oder was left off). Definite communication problems due to persons heavy accent. Total waste of $60!!
The girls at the front talk way more than they work. I placed an order online, waited 20 minutes for it to be "done" and when I get there, they had no idea what order I was talking about. It took an additional 40 minutes to get my order and when I finally did get it, it was wrong. Definitely won't be coming back. Terrible service on top of it being slow. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME. DO NOT COME HERE.
Never have I ever seen solid jello teriyaki sauce. I ordered a teriyaki plate with sides of teriyaki sauce. When I got home to pour it it didn’t budge… I touch it and it’s literally solid jello. I don’t have a picture because I tossed it pretty fast but it was nasty.
20 + minutes waiting in drive thru today. But love the fire chicken and chicken teriyaki mini meals. Would get more stars if they were faster today. Some backed out of the drive thru.... Rare moment.
My order is always incorrect, they don't care. College students work here, for the most part. I hope management cares about their production, I'm not very sure. But, I am positive I'm never coming here again.
It took over 30min in the drive thru to get my food. The person taking my order was rude. When I got my order it was wrong, the vegetables were incredibly Over cooked and the meat was burned to a crisp. Picture attached for reference. $16 down the drain. WON'T BE BACK
I ordered through door dash, he brought me the wrong order, I sent it back. He came back with my order wrong. I ordered 3 mix Bbq and I got 3 chicken BBQs. At this point I called Ono because it's not door dash. The clients' name were Michael and I can understand how the mistake happened. What is not acceptable it's the attitude from this place employees. Talk to Carolina and her manager and they just point to door dash and say ohh oh sorry not our fault. I hope the owner of this place see this review because even though door dash is a third party , we are still your customers. I would never order from this restaurant again.
DON'T USE THE DRIVE THRU ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT YOU WILL REGRET IT!I came here for a simple order, 2 cars were in front of me and 2 cars behind. I was locked in. I waited 1 hour with hunger, I couldn't get out since there is no way to get out. I'm Very upset and will never order from here again. If you want to waste your time this is the place to go. Read the other comments and you see I'm not exaggerating or lying.
Drive through waited 20 mins and got this. Terrible service, terrible cooks.
When I want to enjoy a little treat for myself I come here. Service is great and the food is tasty. What more can you ask for?
