We were just here for afternoon coffee and it was a really nice little place. Too warm that day, but they had a nice space outside as well. Good coffee & kombucha.
This very popular (and dog-friedly) spot in Midtown is know for coffee and pastries, but I'm into savory, not sweet, and was curious to find jambalaya on the menu. Well it was GREAT even at 10:30 in the morning. Full of goodies (chicken, shrimp, sausage) and perfectly spiced. Hadnt been there in a long time and never woulda thought. My friend had a delicious veggie quiche with salad...Dog behaved pretty well.
Place has character. Presentation look great, cost is decent, taste a bit of a so so. I got the TBA, I couldn't taste the bacon, the spicy dressing was a bit overwhelming on the sandwich.
Old Soul - I love the name ❤️ Great place to have delicious breakfast and coffee. They have a nice patio, WiFi and great service. I was really impressed how fast the food was served.
There is a decent outdoor area. I ordered a black iced tea and a croissant. The black iced tea was $4.50 and the croissant was $3.50. I understand that times are different and hard now, but it felt really silly paying that much for plain iced tea. The workers seemed annoyed to be there. I'd try other ma and pa places.
Max made our extra dry cappuccinos and they were delicious! Not only that, but Max was so friendly and genuinely excited about coffee. Thanks for making our coffee stop a wonderful experience!
Had a great breakfast sandwich and hot beverage with the kids. If I lived nearby it would be my go to place.
Drinks are very pricey so not an everyday cafe. They are good though. I am however in love with the atmosphere. So calming and cozy. Perfect for foggy November evenings.
I had a lovely experience here! It is a great place to get a fun drink and hang out with a friend or get some homework done. I got the matcha hot chocolate with oat milk and I highly recommend ?
I have visited all the Old Soul locations and have to say that this is one of my favorites. The drinks and treats are always consistent and the staff is always friendly. I really appreciate the indoor to outdoor seating ratio because it gives you plenty to chose from. I have never come in and not found a place to sit.
