Just called and asked if I could run something by them for a cake idea and she just cut me off and told me that they had different themes this and that didn't even give me a chance to talk horrible customer service will not be going there

I ordered a bundt cake for my father's birthday and it was damaged upon delivery so I called the store to report it. Brittany (the store manager) was extremely nice and sympathetic. She went out of her way to ensure that I got a replacement cake within hours and sent me a bigger cake than what I originally ordered! What great customer service and of course the cake was SO delicious! Love this place.
