The food is pretty good when they haven't run out of your item and make substitutions without asking you, but their ice coffees have gotten SUPER inconsistent. May be a training issue.
Staff is nice. Food is great. I took off one star because the wait times get kind of crazy on the weekends.

The bagels are awesome the service is not. Every time I stop here there's only a few workers actually working. The staff always seems to be wandering around in the back. I've come early in morning, I've come in after the morning rush same results. Either hire more staff or get the hired staff to work. It shouldn't take that long to throw some bread in bag, just saying.
Recently started going to Noah's bagels and I just love their menu their food is really good and they have really good customer service
What a RIP OFF. I ordered a bagel, TOASTED w/cream cheese. What i got was a warmed bagel (not toasted by any stretch of the imagination) with so little cream cheese, it might as well have been plain.. I probably should've checked before leaving...if I would've seen how little cream cheese they give.. I would've requested more -and just got my money back if that was the "regulated" amount. ... its not like they don't know what a proper bagel w/cream cheese is supposed to be. They have pictures all over the shop. And they certainly charge enough$. Ridiculous and totally disappointing.
Bought a coffee at the shop on Broadway, sat outside, enjoyed my coffee Finished coffee, went back inside to use restroom, asked if I can bring my bike in as it has and place was empty. Lady gave me dirty look and said "no" in broken English!!!
Great bagels and fast service! There’s a wide selection of different flavored bagels and bagel sandwiches. They also have several other breakfast items including hashbrowns. The store is very clean and there’s plenty of room. The staff is nice and the coffee is not bad. I suggest getting the bagel and lox or the country bagel. I really like the jalapeño and cheese bagel too!
Staff are always friendly and helpful. Coffee and bagels were super fresh on our most recent visit. Always recommend.
Bagel options were good with different kinds of spreads. The place is okay, the surroundings were not so great! Very few lots for parking.
