Waiting 35 minutes now to get a smoothie. Still waiting… Need I say more?… Nekter management, this is not a place people come to spend time hanging out. Yikes!
Hate the staff here. I've been to the downtown/midtown location and it was much cleaner and the staff were much nicer. I had high expectations for this crocker village location but was disappointed when the staff was mad rude and the counters and floors looked disgusting. The cashiers need to be better trained in customer service and maintaining their location. Won't come back.
I've gotten the acaii banana berry bowl. It's a little on the pricey side but it's really good if you want something cold, fruitful, and healthy. If I were to rate it it's probably like an 8/10 overall it's good but including with the price they're selling it for not that great. If I want to eat something healthy everyday this is probably it but it's something I can't afford all the time
So far so good! I love the smoothie I got! However, they are expensive compared to Nugget's smoothies.
I ordered a 16oz smoothie on the app, went into pick it up. Coincidentally there was another Steven that placed an online order as well. The staff gave me two drinks and I told her I only ordered two drinks. She quickly apologized and made my drink and instead of making it a 16oz she upgraded it to a 24oz. The drink I ordered was Up Beet, and it definitely was up beat. ,?
The young ladies there were very professional and did a great job on my drink.
It was my first time going here with my mom. I recommend trying the Pink Flamingo, and substitute the agave nectar and coconut water with orange juice, mango and açaí. It’s so good, definitely coming back!

Everything was good but I couldn't really taste my cold brew, and their was a sharp ending flavor, maybe a cinnamon or some other spice but it sort of burned my throat a tiny bit
This place is wonderful establishment. I walked in expecting Jamba Juice (ewwwww) but instead was greeted with a wonderful explosion of potential flavor. This was all made possible by the worker making the smoothies her name is Joliese I believe. The drink I ordered was a little expensive but that is not a problem for me as I am a very wealthy man.
