The drinks and donuts taste amazing! We had a drink made with fresh fruit and the claim was actually accurate. The fruit tasted fresh and there was a lot of it in the drink. I like that they have kiosks for ordering, but they could use one more with how busy they get and they need an option for cash (that's why I gave 4 stars). The decor is also fun and bright!
Cute decor but I literally wanted one mochi dough. I can’t do that unless I order a drink. I’m not a fan of the drinks here. Also, yes just like everyone says you HAVE to order at the kiosk. ?I did like that they offer this young girl another mochi dough because she accidentally dropped hers. That was sweet. Good to know this shop has a heart.
Their matcha is delicious and so are the donuts. The Store is nicely decorated too. I can't stand the touch screen ordering though. I would much rather order at a register with a real person. Even though this is some of the best matcha I've had I don't know If I'll be back.
Super yummy donuts. Just know that are not prepared the traditional way and they are way less sweet. They do have heavy feel to the taste also these are way less sweet. The frosting is sweet but the donut itself is not. Good eats!
Touch screen ordering slow as molasses. I personally don't like places basically devoid of human interaction. The employees were engaged in the back preparing online orders, and the younger people ahead of me at the touch screens took so long that I eventually left and went to Baker's Donuts (nearby and very good if you haven't tried them).
The team is supper nice, although, I was there in the morning when they first open ?.The ascetic of the place is very lively, modern and chic it also has swings as chairs for fun. The ordering process is simple, but can take time because it is all done on a touch screen by the customer (aka: us ?) they also do sell Bober Tea. It is a little expensive, but worth it ? The mochinut (aka: ?) are delicious ? they are soft on the inside, crunchy on the outside, and most importantly true to the flavor they are meant to have. They have a great blend of sweetness and lightness, that make them a perfect snack/dessert.
chaos, waited too long just to order with self-service ordering booth, this machine won’t make order any easier. People who work here never smile (like whatever) donut taste just ok.
Be careful with this scammy business,they will steal & sell your info. Last week I ordered with self service machines (they ask for my phone number) and after that every single day I got phone scammers trying to scam me.
Pretty cool place. Very limited donut selection. Donuts were decent but not worth the price. Not perfect but worth trying.
Ordering is done on their screen in store. Could be faster to order online b4 getting there. Donuts were good. Def unique, and not like an American donut-which is the point. Very doughy. Biscoff tasted like the glazed, with a Biscoff cookie on top. I was thinking it would have Biscoff cookie butter in the glaze or in the donut. It is an expensive indulgence. $16+ for 6 donuts. But you're paying for a unique experience.
