What a hidden gem. We just found this place by curiosity and we were craving Mexican Food. My husband and I are foodies all the way (and I being the Mexican Chef) I seriously give this place a 5 star. We had the fajitas, carnitas plate with a Michelada that was tasty! Everyone was nice and lovely. The ambience was very soothing! Highly recommend.

There was BUGS in their salad. I came in with my kids to have dinner and while eating I noticed a BUG in my salad. I told one of the workers and they offered me another salad. I took that home and I’m thinking they gave me a fresh salad because of what just happened but I was fooled. Later at home when I was eating my salad I noticed a LADY BUG in my salad and at this point I was livid. I spent 115 dollars and left a tip and they wouldn’t even refund me my money back. I’m never eating there again I’m traumatized and I don’t trust eating salads from restaurants anymore. If it was BUGS in the salad trust they cooking with BUGS too.

My daughter and I picked up 6 carne asada street tacos to go and the meat was so hard and dry making it impossible to eat. For $19 you expect more than this. When I called to inform them they told me to bring them back to prove that they were over-cooked! Are you kidding me? You want me to drive all the way back and bring you these tacos with the black, dry, over-cooked meat? Not with these gas prices. This is so sad! People check your pick up orders before you leave this place. They don't even deserve the one star I had to give them to post this review.

great food and margaritas

Delicious food! Courteous staff.

My husband favorite place for Mexican food. His favorite chile renello plate. I love the chile verde, tasty and juicy.

Delicious food. We have been here twice this week. Tonight, we had the chile verde plate and a chile relleno with chicken enchilada. The beer was nice and cold, and the sangria was refreshing. Love our neighborhood spot.

Everything I had was excellent. Some others thought it was a little spicy but they're used to Minnesota food.

My family and I have been coming to mezcal for years, loved the atmosphere and taste of food however as of late Mezcal has been very skimpy on the portion sizes but the price of their food keeps going up. I pay extra to add sour cream or cheese and they don’t give your moneys worth. I just ordered tacos and it looks like they have gotten smaller tortillas for their taco, hence less meat. #theskimpisreal ?

Food is standard , Beer is way overpriced 14 $ for a 2 bottle glass . The cook is gorgeous !!!!!!!
