A MUST when in the area. Great bagels, great people what more can I say other than I can't wait to have another one of their bagels in my mouth ASAP ??
Ordered on door dash. The food was good not great. They were out of cinnamon rolls which was disappointing since we didn't know until our order arrived. Also on their dd profile it doesn't say that the bagels have cream cheese on them already so I ordered one and a side of cream cheese. They didn't put cream cheese on the side they put double cream cheese on my bagel that I was hoping to save for later but it was really soggy. Especially with to go items it's better to put things like that on the side to preserve the food quality. If they did that and fixed their dd menu they would be 5 stars for me not 4.
Absolutely love this place I’ve been in there a total of three times and every time I go it’s super busy. I’ve ordered from there the egg cheese and meat croissant sandwich which is always nice and hot and I take my children there to get bagels the only thing that I cannot get over is the fact that they do not switch out their gloves the gentleman wears one glove but uses his hand to grab all of the food and the woman collects the money and carries on with picking up bagels right after.

Very good fresh bagels, bagel sandwiches, bagel pizza, boba and java city coffee.
Best bagel place in town, bagels are dense like New York bagels and they come in different flavors, omg their cream cheese is fluffy .

No bathroom available, employees do not wear masks or ask customers to do so.Several trips over the last few months. Bathroom out of order sign has been there every time. When you push them for a bathroom they lie and say “a customer lost the key again”, push more and it’s “someone is looking for the key for you”. It’s been months, they clearly do not allow indoor dining guests to use bathroom at all, ever. Health department needs to visit for masking issues
