Used to come here every year for my Grandma's birthday, as it was her favorite restaurant. The food is just heavenly. The enchiladas are great, the tamales are great, everything I've tried has been delicious.
MARGARETAS they have a lot to choose. Their food is decently priced for the portion size. Nice place for a casual date or a quick lunch.
My fiance and I have Been dining at this establishment for 7 years... We love the lady staff, prawn tacos and Cadillac Margaritas!This place has always been a regular for us for dinner at least once a week. I'm changing my previous five star review to a one-star review and here's why.Our last few visits have been disappointing and the only thing we been left with after dining here isvthe feeling never wanting to give this place my money again.If I am quite Frank this dissatisfaction is coming from the same waiter. .. (he is the one and only male waiter)Our experience with him is He has been extremely rude us on multiple occasions and it's finally came to a point where we actually felt so disrespected we walked out during our last dining visit at La Rosa Blanca.Example: The time before last when we went to dine there .. (granite it was busy however I feel that his statement was the absolute worst way to handle seeing a regular) he said..."you guys always show up at the worst time"This did not make us feel comfortable or welcomed left us in a conversation about boycotting it then so as we went there today to give this place one last shot and he continued on with his distasteful customer service. We made a choice to walk out & never come back and share experience with everybody on the internet. We love supporting the small business ..& this place has a lot of heart ...however it does need to do something about this guy.
Crowded, but promptly seated. Waitress was overloaded so Manager was helping with tables and front desk. Good food, but soon much to eat! Took a doggie box for half my plate of food. Still tasty on next day's warmup.
No bartender so margaritas are frozen from a machine. Taste like Gatorade with pinesol and maybe some tequila.Don’t get me wrong…the food and service are 5+ stars. They comped the marg which was good and I tipped on the pre-adjusted amount because they deserve it.
Good food. I ordered the posole. It had lots of broth which I prefer. But if you're the type that likes alot of meat and hominy, this posole blanco probably wouldn't cut it for you. The waitress was a little too busy to clear empty beer bottles on my table. I had two Micolob Ultras but felt like a lush if I would have ordered another one because the two empty ones were still on the table.
We went here again for the first time in 10 years, and the food was as delicious tonight as it was when my wife and I first went here. The staff were great, friendly, and super helpful. Quick points:Table salsa not too spicy, chunks of tomatoes and very garlicky. Very good stuffTheir enchilada sauce is probably the best I have had so far in Sacramento.I had the chimichanga with carnitas (they will make it but it's extra) and YUM!Price was comparable to a typical Mexican restaurant, our bill was 60 for 3 people, drinks (no alcohol) without tip. 3 entrees, 2 teas and 2 soft drinks.We will go again next time we are in the Fulton area.Oh, bathrooms are clean! Please keep them that way, the staff obviously works hard here so don't be disrespectful to them.***I am not affiliated with la Rosa Blanca in any way. I just really enjoy their food and hospitality.
Great carnitas and fish tacos. Awesome service, totally chill atmosphere. Good place for kids as well.
I used to think of this restaurant as my go to place for Mexican food. However, the past few times I have been there I found the service was not as good as it used to be and the prices have increased while the quality of the food is not as tasteful as it once was.
I just love this place. The food is fantastic, the people are friendly and the prices are very reasonable. They have a 2nd location in Folsom that I need to try.
