The ambience, vibe, aesthetic of this restaurant is absolutely amazing. I went on a weekday so it wasn’t busy and we had good service. We sat on the dirt/sandy areas and the seats were elevated so it was moving a bit but I didn’t mind at all. It definitely has the desert ish vibe with a lot of plants and greenery, and to top it off, the drinks and the food were 10/10. I got the flautas and they were delicious!
Fantastic fish tacos, beautiful outdoor seating, delicious beers and margaritas! This is a wonderful place that’s an affordable bite to eat considering the high quality food and beverages served at this centrally located eatery in Downtown Sacramento, California. Highly recommend and enjoyed!!!
As always...very tasty food. Today we had margaritas made with mezcal. We really enjoyed these. But...what is a "kitchen appreciation tax"? I think I show them my appreciation by returning and continuing to tip the servers well. I don't get it...and really don't "appreciate" this fee. It's nominal...but pay your staff fairly...even if prices have to go up a bit.
Incredible cocktails and mixologists. Tacos were pretty good too. Attended a corporate event here. Expansive patio and indoor seating. A few hobos have made their home in the surrounding park but the restaurant is well fenced.
Best damn food. Best drinks! Go for the dealers choice on the drink menu. You will not be disappointed. Best damn mole, brought tears to my eyes. Had the tacos de papa, highly recommend this. Beautiful presentation, well balanced flavors. My new favorite place to eat or/ and drink!
This place is awesome! The best Mexican food I've had since a visit to Old Town in San Diego. Great service too.
Amazezazing!!!! Super bomb food. I didn't even care they forgot my drink an utensils. I told them to donate the drink, no worries, and the chips were a great fork!!
Reviews were right on ! Greeted and served quickly. Food is fabulous. Very tasty not over powered by salt or peppers like other places. Higly recommend sitting at the bar. The bartender was very friendly and accommodating. Enjoy!

Made reservations to have dinner here with a large party which I called beforehand to confirm and when we showed up, were told that there was no reservations under my name. And told by a waitress “Just sit there” and pointed to a picnic table at the corner of the restaurant. Our waitress was also inattentive, took an hour just to get our food order in, after going and looking for her to tell her we were ready to order because she never checked in on us after giving us drinks. The food and drinks were tasty and it was a nice place but other than that would not recommend.
