Came home to California and has to get Hawaiian bbq cause THERES NONE IN MEMPHIS........ tragity .... This warmed my soul and filled my belly. Left happy.

It was OK. The crew was cool and the food tasted good at a good price but the atmosphere was so so, maybe the layout or colors inside.
This L&L, much like the others, offers consistently great food! My only gripe is the parking lot in this particular center is small, and with the surrounding neighborhood, you get a lot of older people walking their dogs... (That's a personal gripe though and not anything L&L can do about it lol)My partner and I got the mixed combo plates - I wish I had tried more of their menu for the sake of this review, but goodness! That plate is too good to ever pass up. Beef short ribs, BBQ beef, BBQ chicken, mac salad, AND rice, for $12?? Heck yeah!This food will definitely leave you food-coma'd, but you won't feel super bloated or weighed down after, which is awesome for a takeout place. The staff is always super friendly as well, which makes every visit a delight. I reserve 5 stars for exceptionally awesome places, but don't let a 4 star sway you. Try this place out!
Love this place. Only thing is they're pretty bad opening on time. Says they open at 11 and one time I've waited until 11:30. When you're on lunch and time is ticking then you expect restaurants to keep to their own schedule.
Everything was great, food, serving size, service, but one thing that was ok was the macaroni salad I like mack rd. l&l macaroni salad better, but it was bad just different.
Service is always great with the smiling, kind young ladies at the front. I love the seafood plate and chicken katsu, per usual. The bbq ribs could be cooked a bit more, but overall great flavor. Great spot for lunch!
Really really good food. They did mess up my order though two items were missing and they didn’t contact me about that at all. But wow the food is top tier so I’m not even mad... might come back for the Masadas that were missing though. I really wanted to try those!
