Kyoto, you never disappoint!! Our go to roll is the OMG, because it REALLY IS O.M.G...sooo GOOD!! I enjoy the simple vibe of the restaurant inside, and with Japanese cooking playing on the TV behind the Sushi Chefs, it was fun to glance up at and see the process of sushi making!! Our Waitor suggested the Giant Roll...get ready for a GIANT mouthful of YUM!! The Thai Tea was also spot on refreshing to counter the hot day outside and could actually be a dessert. Next time maybe we'll sit outside!!
i cant remember the rolls in order… but i know for sure my party and i got mt fuji and sacramento roll. its on the “50% off sushi rolls” page and the rolls are huge and great for the price! All of it was really good and there wasnt any fishy / seafood taste to the tuna. the takoyaki was good but there werent bonito flakes on it (not a problem). Parking can be a little iffy to find… but wont be bad if you go on a weekday :) definitely recommend this place
Plenty of selections of sushi rolls, nigiri and sashmi. Black tonkatsu ramen has a soup base with black seasame and pork slice with great smoked bbq and shuyo flavors. The marinate egg is well done too!
I was a little disappointed that the roll I ordered from the chef special roll section didn't have much difference in quality compared to the 50% off rolls. I thought that it would be slightly bigger or have bigger slices of fish. I also ordered the chirashi bowl, which was also pretty basic. Both of these items I ordered were supposed to have masago on them, but I did not get any. They have good fish and great tasting sauces. It would be nice to see them adjust portions a little better. Just get the 50% off rolls if you go here.

Looove this place! I have been here many times and have ordered something different each time. I have yet to be disappointed in this place and am always pleased with my food. The service has always been great and we always seem to have the same waitress who is very nice and attentive.

YOOOOOOO THIS PLACE IS THE BEST SUSHI PLACE IN CALIFORNIA AND THATS ON MY DEAD DOG. They sell this roll named the “Lion King” and my life has changed drastically since consuming this absolute MASTERPIECE OF A ROLL. I don’t know the chefs name nor the servers but we know each other just by looking at each other and do the little head nod thing. ON MY LIFE it was so good as it has been the 600 other times I’ve bought food from here that I had to leave a review, AND I included a picture of the roll I apologize that I ate it all but you can just imagine or walk in and buy your roll ?
Tried this place after having late night craving.. sushi was good. Unsure about service it took a few minutes to even be acknowledged by the door for pick up the waiting area had about 6 people in it before anyone got helped ... personally way too crowded especially during these conditions and even without it was akward to have to shuffle around so people could squeeze by to enter and exit they should probably open up more space for take out orders. I was the 2nd person to walk in and literally the last to leave I waited 45+ mins for food when I ordered online it said 20. Even a guy that walked in to dine in had already ordered been served and was done eating before I got my food.
Found this little gem on accident and I'm glad I did. Delicious ramen and it was really inexpensive. We had oysters and sushi that's 50% off. We had a wonderful lunch date.
