Do not recommend this location. Only came twice but now know not to come again because I always have problems. Today I went and this location is about 20 minutes away from me. I wanted to redeem my birthday coupon/reward. I had it on my phone on my account and it was a free dozen of glazed donuts. The employee had trouble with the barcode so I provided my number. My account showed up but I guess it still wasn’t going through. The manager had came and he asked how long I’ve had an account since it wasn’t going through. I had the account for at least a year and had mentioned that but he said there’s nothing they can do. My boyfriend just said never mind then but they asked if we still wanted the donuts but we said no and left. The first time I had an issue at this store was when they refused to refund me at first. I wasn’t able to pick up on the day I selected so I went another day asking for a refund or the order and they said they didn’t have the donuts. I then asked if I could get a refund then but the employee said no. My boyfriend said what else can we do then since it doesn’t make sense for them to keep my money if I didn’t get anything from them. The employee got her manager and then they were able to cancel my order and refund me.
Whenever I come the people are friendly and service is pretty fast. Nothing to complain about! Got my free glazed birthday dozen.
Was never a big fan of this place when they first opened, but I must say it is a treat every time. The warm doughnuts and the special coffee keeps you wanting more.
Avoid this store at all costs. If you're really in the mood for Krispy Kreme spend the time to go to Stockton or Roseville. This store is poorly managed and the employees don't seem to care about anything. Months ago I was in the area and stopped by around noon. Their selection was terrible, they weren't making anything new, and the only employee I saw looked annoyed when I asked a question. This last weekend I ordered some Valentines donuts from them since the Roseville store didn't offer them in the app. I arrived at the store and they were closed due to staffing shortages. They didn't call to tell me or cancel the order. They just took my money and ran. The app offers no way to request a refund or dispute an order, and the only number I found said it was disconnected. I had to dispute the charge with my bank to get a refund for the food I didn't get.
We ordered and paid online for 3 dozen of the special doughnuts days before Valentine's Day. They were for the residents at a senior living community we worked at. 30 minutes before delivery, on Valentine's Day, they called to say that they ran out of doughnuts because my order came in late????!!! Poor customer service!
I went through the drive-through and it said closed. They Were already closed two hours and 15 minutes early. I came through at 7:45 PM and they were already closed and saw people scurrying inside so they were closed minimum of three hours early. There were other cars behind me in the drive-through trying to get to purchase donuts as well and I tried calling and they hung up. It’s hard enough going out of your way to Krispy Kreme donuts because there’s so few of them now. And here this is the kind of service they give. Will be going to Roseville from here on out never again will I go to the Florin Rd., Krispy Kreme. Very poor service. And I drove 45 minutes to get to a krispyKreme. I hope the owner becomes aware that the staff does this. And if They are aware than they deserve to lose business.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! We ordered variety of donuts and we did receive our order. Instead we got all the donuts the same flavor. Waste of money. And WILL NEVER COME AGAIN. Very disappointing.
IF YOU BUY MILK FROM THEM CHECK THE EXP. DATE!!!!!!!The donuts are great. They're not always hot even though they have the hot sign on most The Time, But the only thing that drives me straight up the wall is the fact that The last 3 times I purchased donuts at that location along with some Orange creme and Strawberry milks in the 12oz Glass bottles, They have been expired the last 3 times I went there over a 6-9 month period. And what irritates me the most is that I keep putting my faith in trusting that they're not going to sell me expired milk and I don't find out about it until the next day or so because I will put the milk inside the refrigerator and then Randomly drink it the next day or so Just to split it out out on the floor and almost throw up because it expired a weak prior! Another time it was over a month expired.I just left there This evening and the girl handed me the milks one at a time, I checked the 1st one and it said exp 1/9/22 ok great! Grab the 2nd and made it to my shop.. ate a few donuts and opened up my good ol sweet sweet Strawberry milk, chug a gulp and a half and immediately spit out what remained in my mouth and almost up chucked what I swallowed. DAMNIT!!!! today is 1/2/22 and APPARENTLY The 2nd milk I got and just so happened to randomly grab had a expired date of 12/31/21!
I bought 5 donuts and cost me almost $10 and they are super small. Worst purchase ever. I will never return here.
I love donuts but I've only had donuts from Krispy Kreme once or twice. These donuts are expensive! They also don't look well decorated. They packaged them in a way where the Halloween ones got smushed a bit. They also don't taste fresh. The pretzels are already soft! Picked these up at 9 am. Not sure when they made them but if you told me they made them today I wouldn't believe you. Average donuts at a premium price. Meh!
