Tried this ramen through DoorDash. Wasn’t the best. Figured I needed to try at the restaurant. Got there around 11:20am. Website says they open at 11am. Yelp shows they open at 11:30am. Tried to open the door. It was locked. Employees inside though. Waited until 11:30am. Door still locked. Reached for the door again at 11:35am still locked but then I saw and employee coming to the door. He unlocked it then walked away. Why wouldn’t he open the door and greet especially since they opened later than supposed to? I have no idea. When ordered we were greeted by a new employee. She was very nice. Still learning. The customer service is lacking from the others. Once received our ramen the noodles didn’t even seem cooked all the way, no flavor whatsoever. Just like when it was door dashed. Unfortunately, we will not be coming back here again.

The food and service was fine. Just a bit on the pricey side in my opinion.

Passing through Sacramento, stopped by here and wanted to try out their Ramen. The broth was good and rich with flavor. The chashi was well prepared, soft and tender. The Aka was nice and spicy (made my forehead sweat) but just right amount. Giancarlo loved the gyoza (pot stickers) with his chicken katsu amd the wife loved the seafood ramen. Definitely worth a try if you are in the area.

This was our first time here. The ramen is absolutely delicious. We also got the fries. So yummy. I will be back in the future for sure.

This is my first time trying ramen, and I’ve decided to try Aka and my sister ordered Naruto. I’m not much of a ramen person, so my review is based off of my preference and taste. Aka took me a few slurps and broth taste to get used to, but overall, I did enjoy it. However, I couldn’t get myself to enjoy Naruto. My sister enjoyed it tho. Oh, and hands down love their whole fried squid.

Ramen bowls looked really good but had no flavor whatsoever (we had pork and mushroom broth). Service was great but we probably won't be coming back to this restaurant.

I love their ramen so much. But, luck of soltyness, I have to ask soysauce to adjust it everytime. Im not fan of thair rolls. That's expensive and, rice is over cooked and soggy. Shrimp inside is not crunchy too so, it's feels like eating oatmeal have sushi vinegar taste.Thank you for replying. like I said, ramen is no problem cuz i can adjust by soy sauce. I really think you need to work on making good rolls. TY.

The bento box was tasty. I had the beef teriyaki, it was nicely cooked and flavorful. I was pleasantly surprised by the portion size, a bigger than expected. The service was friendly and helpful. My only slight complaint is the lack of hot green tea, I’m surprised they they don’t offer hot tea.

One review said place is large, it’s not. The place is an average size and great. The ramen is fresh and if they are out of one broth then u r out of luck. Seems they make the broths fresh and it takes a long time: one type was out and the batch wouldnt be ready until next day. The sushi is great. If you dont like sauces on top make sure to tell them to put on side as some sushi roll sauces are sweet. The staff is young, hard working and friendly: raised right all of them. Fun jelly shot sake needs to be shaken.

Greeted upon arrival. Staff was friendly and helpful with menu ordering. It was our first time trying Ramen. At Koshi, you order before you are seated. All menu items are on the left wall and above the cashier. My kids order sushi and it was different from other places they've tried. I had the Tonkotsu and the broth was not bad. I did not like the nori that was part of the Ramen. The egg was good but I was able to taste the coldness like it was refrigerated. Water is free, they give you a plastic cup and you get the water yourself at the front counter. The right wall has a nice scenery. Overall, the food was tasty.
