We ordered shrimp dumpling with miso butter ramen and a buckwheat noodle salad with asparagus. The noodles and asparagus were refreshing and delicious. My husband and I both took the a bite of the ramen and decided there was just something about it that neither of us cared for. We each tried a dumpling which tasted good. Ultimately we both had digestive issues within 15 minutes. (Stomach cramps to nausea, bloating and terrible burps ) so there must be a little corner cutting somewhere? Old ingredients, temperatures not correct? Not sure but once you’ve had an experience like that it’s hard to make yourself go back. Food presentation was good, atmosphere had a vibe.

Delicious ramen even though the one I got was spicy.

The service at this restaurant was superb! Our waiter Brandon was so kind and attentive. The Crispy Brussel Sprouts was so good! The Ramen was good, the only thing I felt that could improve would be the chicken. It was a bit bland compared to the rich flavored broth.

Parking: I parked at the West Premium Parking Garage. Be careful on the weekends because it can get busy on those days. Parking is enough for a lot of people. There is also Macy's parking garage, which is nearby as well but be careful of the time Macy will end.Location: It is a bit of a walk, but I swear it is worth it. If you go there you will enjoy the scenery of walking in town. It is especially beautiful at night since that's when the night shines bright. I went with my friend and decided to eat at this restaurant. It was interesting because I had never experienced going downstairs to eat at a restaurant before. When you come here, there will be a door with a Ramen bowl, and that's to show the restaurant is there.Food: The Ramen was called Kare Kare Paitan. The taste had a peanut and nutty broth flavor, and the noodles are nice and chewy, though there is this one meat that I'm unsure of, and I did not quite like it. Ramen tasted amazing. The katsu sandwhich had tonkotsu as well as the egg salad. When you bite into it, you get a taste of meat, a bit of sour, and sweet from the egg salad. It is a combination of flavors that I find it to go really well.Service: It can be a bit busy on weekends but there is still a lot of space for people to eat in. I think the service is quite nice and simple. They came and checked up on how we were doing. The service is a nice 4 out of 5. I appreciate the work they do to make and bring our food.

SIX STARS!!!Not your average Ramen Restaurant.I was almost going to order their Tsukemen; but I saw their Kare Kare Paitan. EVERYTHING about it was perfect! The grilled NY Steak with like a Cilantro mousse marinade was just a great addition, not overkill. The Paitan is on point especially the long green beans with it.The Arugula on their Tonkatsu Paitan is great addition. This place is a RAVE!!!!

the food here are the best even ramen it's so tasty, we've been here twice and I liked to come back again

Simple, cozy, and delicious ramen in a warm ambience.Mixed drinks are good as well. But I generally go for the shot & a drink section of the menu.Anime on one TV, sports on the other. Great spot for a pre kings game dinner.

Might be the best Ramen in town!

This was such a pleasant surprise! Our veggie curry was incredible, and Brussels sprouts were another uplifting experience. Definitely can recommend this place for vegans and vegetarians.

One my most favorite Japanese curry and tofu katsu I've ever had. My friends loved the spicy kick from the sambal in their ramen. The garlic nori fries were unique and I loved the kimchi-ness of the ketchup, but wish the fries were crunchier (and less floppy). I adored the art work and the drink menu. Our wait staff did apologize for the delay but unfortunately service was extremely slow on Sunday night when we stopped by and some add-ons in our orders were missed or were unavailable. Will definitely go back to taste the ramen and other interesting looking items on the menu.
