Went to this restaurant on July 4th and the experience was pretty good. The servers and nice and the food is decent.
Came here for dim sum. There was plenty of available seats. Service was fast and the food was good. Unfortunately they don't have the push carts anymore like they did in the past. Always enjoyed perusing what they had to offer on the dimsum carts even if I already have a good idea what I wanted to get. Food has definitely improved from what it was years ago. Hope they keep trending that way. Definitely would recommend for dimsum. Everything else I haven't tried yet.
My first time visiting King Palace , for Dim Sum. My wife and I enjoyed our meal. The service was very good,and no problem communicating with staff. Our Dim Sum was hot and fresh in appearance and taste.We will be back to try new things on the menu.?????
My personal experience was bad, I asked for one person table, they gave me one but none gave me a menu, or asked for my order. I couldn’t eat anything because they just ignored me. So after 20 minutes I just decided to eat somewhere else.I’m not saying the food is bad. Because I didn’t eat it. Honestly all the food from others tables looked really yummy!!
The dim sum was mostly good but the wait was kinda long for the table and the food. It was a weekend.Went back the second time on a Monday.This time the dim sum was just ok.The sticky rice chicken wasn't sticky(not very glutenous). Maybe it wasn't steamed long enough or it's the brand of rice. ☹️But we didn't have to wait for a table, and the food came out fast.
I was charged $120 for food that was dry and hard..worse place ever ...I wasn't happy especially when I spent that much money too. I'd expect it to be way better. I want my refund back. Plus they didn't even give me my receipt??? Smh... Did they over charge me or what? Now got me thinking... I'll find out...cause that's pretty fkd up.. here's what I bought and please anyone who knows this to tell me if I was over charged or not. ...this is what I bought: 1 whole roasted duck (dry as he'll and hard barely any meat on it)..1 crab salt n pepper (too dry) ..house fried rice...house chow mien and honey walnut shrimp. 5 separate dishes . ... for $120? Can someone tell me if I got ripped off or not please
All day dim sum. Seafood options are very good. Place is dated but good for large gatherings. Bathrooms should be updated. Good timely service.
I stopped in here randomly for the first time after a job in the area. I'm glad I did! Everything hit the spot, especially the crispy durian oh wow!
Food was good but they need to train their staff proper hygiene. When you see an employee wearing plastic gloves go into restroom stall wearing gloves, then come out wearing the same gloves and washing her hands with the gloves still on, then back to serving food is unsanitary and health code violation. Even worse is that we are still in a pandemic.
The food is always delicious.
