inconsistent. sometimes really good food, most times the portions are really really small, fries hard, hardly add extra sauce and cheese even though always pay for it. got a medium and container was more than half empty. i paid $14 for my meal, come on…
Horrible place. Inside rediculously hot. No fan and no AC. Outside 95F and that felt better what was inside. So only imagine working there. For many months like that!!!! Maybe even years. So unhealthy to work there in such heat. Also the cashier swiping pay machine is all screwed up and gives a wrong dollar amount, I saw $1400 dollar bill and worker said yeah it's the machine and it's normal, not getting fixed, and so I can't even leave a tip !!! THAT IS JUST ILLIGAL STUFF!!!! I'm calling the state agency, workers protection agency, better Business Beutau and will report this place!!! Hopefully workers will get the lawsuit and get paid for all their hard work and working in hot hazardous conditions and for all the hundreds if not thousands of dollars of the loss of wages in tips!!!! I WILL MAKE SURE to get the business owner in trouble and the building management in trouble. This is rediculous. UNBELIVABLE!!!!
Experience at that location was less comparable with other more favorable expectations experienced at Kiki's. Still same good food, customer service was not as good.
The plastic boxes sweat and the crispy on the chicken and fries so they don't stay crispy. Wish they used better boxes to keep food crispy. If my food stayed crispy I would've given 5 stars.
Came to visit ki ki ki's kitchen on West Stockton in Sacramento, the service was awesome My server was very was very fast to take My order will definitely come back when I'm in town. the food was also incredible very fast survey.
Food is good. It's worth coming here especially for there daily specials. But they told me my total would be $39(drive thru) then say $47 at the window. WHAT? My mom in the back of the car says she heard him say $49 and maybe he miss spoke. But when I asked him to repeat the total he said " oh with card and said the original total of $39" idk if they charge $10 extra for paying with card I will never know since from know on I'm going inside with cash and a calculator ?. Will update if this was a weird mistake. Still 5 star because I love the food
My grandson loves Kiki’s , but this location doesn’t seal the food with tape when you order through Uber Eats , So the person delivering the food can just open the bag and the container because there is No Safety Seal !! Do better Kiki’s with the safety and security of your food deliveries !! Won’t be ordering again unless there’s a safety seal on the containers from now on….
Ordered boneless wings in the drive thru. Chicken was so juicy and flavorful that I was amazed! Had the garlic Parm and the teriyaki. I'll be back to try other flavors and some dipping sauces too. Love the tots as well!
My son has been wanting to take me here. He recommended the chicken fries. So glad i listened. Very delicious. Will be back again. Great customer service. Fast and friendly.
No seasonings. Please taste what you serve. I like fried chicken, thats why you get 5 stars. But I think you can make better tasting food. I will return.
