I spent $20 on 12 wings, but they refused to give me a cup for water. Would only charge me for a fountain drink or bottled water. Also, restroom was out of order and there was no where to wash my hands before eating wings. Come on, people, you’re running a restaurant! Water and a restroom are basic requirements. Wings were average.Advise you take your money elsewhere!
The chiken is good quality but didn’t really like it
Perfectly fried Tots, definitely tasty Dressed and with Tenders on top and probably plain or without chicken as well. Crunchy on the outside; neither soggy nor entirely fluffy on the inside.
Wow. I'm appalled. For how many people go there and orders I receive from there, it's not worth it.Food:large garlic fries. Part hot part cold. Tasted like burnt garlic with a glob of minced garlic right in the center with a pinch of parmesan cheese on it. They didn't toss it or anything. Not good at all. I barely ate much. Like 3 bites before my stomach turned when I saw a hair sticking out from the garlic glob. It wasn't mine. My hair isn't that short. Paid over $7 for fries that I couldn't even stomach.Service;I drive for Uber eats and I ordered myself something (lrg garlic fries) while picking up an order. I was discussing something with the cashier and she was extremely rude. Her manager then came over and was speaking to her about what the problem was in Spanish. I heard him call me stupid. Maybe watch what you say especially when you don't know that the customer speaks Spanish too. Worst service ever.
So disappointed. Literally just left after order a 12 piece and fries for dinner. I asked for (4) plain (4) H. BBQ and (4) Mango Habanero and I got (2) flavors on all of the chicken. On top of the order being wrong I also got fries that aren't crispy so I think the oil they have in the fryer needs to be drained and replaced.I just was so excited for this place and it was such a disappointment. The coating is also too much hence forth the plain request! I feel like I wasted dinner money and time... which is the most important thing because my dinner was not good. Kiki’s Chicken has the best chicken in town!!
Easily a competitor to Phoenix/Scottsdale's LoLo's Chicken & Waffles! Their waffles with the chicken INSIDE the waffle was spectacular, as well as the Kiki Tots which had chunks of chicken with the tater tots and several sauces.
Flavor in your mouth!! The Tots are fresh and crunchy! The Buffalo, Ranch and Bleu cheese are layered perfectly on top of moist chunks of chicken and shredded cheese! Absolutely a cheat day meal lol ?
Only reason why I rate this place 4 stars rather than 5 is because there fries. I see that they pre make them meaning they already have the fries cooked sitting on top of the fryer in the basket which I wish it would be more fresh because when you get an order of the kikis fries they just have the fries that they already have pre made and they just throw it in the fryer for like a minute or 2 and now the fries are super crunchy which I don't like. I wish there fries were freshly made meaning made fresh by the order because I like my fries hot, a lil soft not crunchy, and fresh. The chicken on the kikis fries is good but sometimes I feel like its not freshly made sometimes either. But other than that if I were to rate the kikis fries with chicken it's about an 8/10. I get a size medium since the small size is not worth the price. And customer service is good ?
The food was delicious as usual and the employees were friendly too. The only reason I rate this 4 stars instead of 5 is because they chose to not give out water cups; I realize they don't give them out probably due to theft, but needing to pay $1 for a bottle of water is something I can't do. If I felt like drinking something sweet I'd pay for it. Otherwise, the food was delicious and the experience was good.
