Customer service is outstanding, Food is delicious!!We ordered our dinner from Uber Eats and the driver left half of our food at the restaurant. I called the restaurant and they had already contacted Uber, but was unable to contact the driver. Kiki's kindly prepared our order and had it hot and ready for us to pick up. They were very apologetic- even though they were not at fault. The chicken is tender and juicy, macaroni salad is really good (i usually don't like restaurant or store bought macaroni salad), I really like there sauces (my favorite mango habanero). Tried this place for the first time today. Ordered a family meal and put a note for the wings to be fried a little more crispy than usual. Not sure if they actually did that or not but the wings were fantastic! I called after placing the order to let them know I wouldn’t be there for at least another 45 mins and the nice woman who answered the phone was very pleasant to speak with so I’m going to say their customer service is great too. When we arrived they were just bagging up the order so all the food was fresh and still hot when we got home (hells yeah to that!) Overall, Kiki’s is getting a thumbs up from my family and we will definitely be back.
First time here. I really liked the Ki Ki fries. Chicken tasted delicious: moist and flavorful. Will definitely have again.
This is above and beyond MY FAV, and every time it's just as gOOd.! Ppl there also are so friendly and happy employees.. oh and I order the MEDIUM *KiKi's Chicken ToTs* (buffalo ranch) this is HUGE PORTION will feed "2" although I save for next day .. fabulous and so WORTH The MONEY, Yu can sign up for an account Wich tracks your purchases, so every 10th or *50points Yu will get free on KiKi's..They also DOOR DASH DELIVERY, gotta try you will be a HUGE FAN TOO.!!juliedl
I will keep coming back...I usually call ahead or order online but this time I downloaded the app and realized after my order hadn't shown up that it was for pickup. I called and the owner (who happened to answer the phone) understood that I had made a mistake and after I asked him if I could place the same order, he not only offered to have it delivered to me but he brought it himself. And after I tried to offer him a big tip just for bringing it he insisted that it was unnecessary and just hopes that I will keep ordering from there which I will. I love the service there whether I go there to get food or have it ordered. Customer for life.... Thank you... I am adding a follow-up to my review that when it showed up my wings were crispy my fries were perfect and my soda was fresh, they didn't have to do that because I messed up my order but they did??
SO delicious! Got the Kikis fries with chicken & 2 chicken sliders and they were so good. The Buffalo sauce is just the right amount and not too over powering, was still able to get all the other flavors! Make sure you get the Jalepeno ranch!
Today I showed up to kikis chicken on Northgate with 2 bags of fresh churros just to show my appreciation on there great service and great food. I highly recommend this place you won't be disappointed

Such sweet ladies in the front! I went the evening Monday 1/1. So whoever the staff was that night deserves a raise! ?They were all so kind to my family and I. The food was amazing, the place was very clean. 10/10.
