I came in for an Uber order nothing major 12 barbecue wings and 2 biscuits, before entering the employee groaned and she had to go in the store another sat in a booth eating. No one ever asked me to take my order 5 mins roll by then 1 asks me if I’m DoorDash I nod yes. He never asks me who the order is for. Tells someone in the back that is more interested in cleaning that getting the order. I am finally asked I identify the Uber order I am there for and get told 2 more minutes. Meanwhile the first employee that asked if I was DoorDash walks out with food to go sit and eat. Then I get another ask me who I am there for she says the other one that has been cleaning for the last 13mins is finally getting it!! I feel horrible for my customer!!! I get they get breaks and need to eat but why are they doing it in groups if they cannot get orders out timely! Even more sad I worked this same store 35 years ago.
They offered that new Beyond chicken and I wasn't able to get any other sides other than one little pint of coleslaw and a drink I think the $16 I should have been able to get french fries or whatever I wanted for a side very disappointed. but the chicken was good
My family places orders from this location. 1st time they sent us what we did not order. 2nd time we asked for wings they sent crispy chicken. We had to go down and get what we ordered. Today I ordered 4 pieces original but got extra crispy. Instead of lemonde got water. Called the manager and all they say is call door dash. Orders are not secured when delivered.
Experienced the worst drive-thru customer service. Drive-thru attendant was argumentative and unprofessional. Would not recommend. Spare yourself the thoughts you must suppress. Your patience will be tested.
Apparently they dont sell what they list on their menu. They say they dont have the newly advertised Chicken sandwhich big box meal... yet they have chicken sandwhiches. Macaroni. Coleslaw and fries... and when I ask them why they individually tried charging me for every single item the young lady working procedes to cuss me out and yell at me for her not knowing the menu of where she works. And she said no shift manager was working to speak to. Yall need to review your hiring process ?
They transfered the old Lady called Moma from Broadway. I gave broadway kfc same rating 1 year ago. I wasn't surprised she would steal big chicken for her peeps, but anyways I was given the wrong order and the drivethur goofball seniorita was not accommodating a replacement. Go ahead try them after 9pm and you will see why you should eat somewhere else because these people will tamper with your food.
The spicy chicken sandwich was good but lacked flavor because they didn't put enough sauce and pickles in it. But the chicken patty was actually good.
The food is always good, but having to come back for missing items is a pain. And since when did a dozen biscuits cost $11. I was not happy.
I order my family dinner from here. When I ordered on Uber Eat to be delivered, I had asked for the bucket combo meal and a chicken strips with mash and slaw. (Also for sauces and plates). I did not recieve what I ordered. It was incomplete. The side meal box I ordered had rock hard chicken straps and my sides ordered were not there. They gave me sides I never asked for. I will not be ordering from here again. First time ordering online from KFC, because I can not drive at the moment. I won't be doing that again.
Food is great here - if and when you can get it all.I've had to go back to this one numerous times because the box I order does not contain all its contents. Today, again this happened. I stop by here often because of constant appointments at Kaiser Permanente, but live a decent drive away. It isn't worth it to me to have to constantly drive back to have them fix my order.Make sure to check your food before you leave to make sure you've gotten it all. Food is usually good outside of this. Biscuits are hit or miss.
