I ordered a 4 piece original meal and when I came up to the drive-thru window, the worker said they didn't have any original just crispy which was fine but they didn't have any soda and offered ice cream. When I declined ice cream, I was still charged for a drink. They also gave me the wrong order. How can you give the wrong order when you don't have much to sell? I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here since they have nothing available but if you do, please check your receipt as well as your food before you leave.
I went through the drive-thru and 3 piece chicken meal and 2 extra pieces chicken & cole slaw. I paid 14.99. The guy at the drive-thru couldn't print my receipt.I got riped off. They didn't get the 2 pieces of chicken or the Cole slaw. It is terrible when you have been ripped off.
I'd give 0 stars if I could! Right away they tell me sorry no receipts right now and only exact change or card..no problem I'm fine with that. So we ordered and then paid a little extra because of the exact change thing) $30 worth of food to feed our family dinner, and was asked to go park, it'll be a few mins. 15 mins later a kid brings the food but not all of it so my daughter goes in to tell them and they said no problem it'll beout in a few mins. So we wait ten more minutes, by this time my grandson root beer float is totally melted. This young guy maybe 16-18 comes to the car with his hand in his shirt rubbing his belly the whole time he's talking to us saying we didn't pay for or order the missing food!! And we can't prove it because no reciept! Get home the food is slapped together broken burgers nothing on them but meat and bread. DO NOT GET FOOD HERE!
ordered bone in chicken wings had to wait 15 min AnW rootbeer shake what I wanted. w
KFC has changed the way the cook since the Colonel died. The food is bland, greasy, & overpriced. They switched from homemade gravy to something unpleasant, & the potatoes are definitely instant. Not a fan.
Friendly drive thru. Chicken was fresh however I waited 7 min for my meal( no explanation why)
Like many other stores this chain has had to deal with supply chain issues. Which they have no control off. What they have control of is the quality of food they serve and the customer service they give. Both are head and shoulders above the KFC by my house. Yes I drive to this KFC which is about 8 miles farther than the closest store to me. The staff that runs this store get my order right every time. That rarely happens anywhere else. Friendly kids. Fresh hot food. An example of what KFC should be
Country fried steak was cold and hard. French fries were cold too. Stopped in before 8pm and they said they were not serving pot pies anymore...?! Cheese curds were excellent.
Every time we DoorDash from this location something is either missing or not made correctly or even both. I don’t understand how hard it is to read a screen and make the order that’s on the screen. News flash it isn’t. I have worked in the food industry for 7 years and it’s not hard to look at the screen and make the order. And don’t bother asking for any sauce they never put it in there. I have had to drive to the location many times after receiving my food just to go correct my order. This place has always been one of the worst KFC locations. They need to stop hiring idiots or train them better I don’t understand what is so hard.
We ordered dinner for the family popcorn chicken and onion rings and they could not even take the time to put my biscuit in the Protective sleeve that it needed what a shame I don’t know who’s hands touched that biscuit…smh?
