Avoid this kfc most likely the food is older then the ppl who work there I ordered a large mash and gravy there was more water in the gravy than my cup of cup freaking disgusting the person who worked the window had on fake gold chains they sell at the gas station across the street avoid this place
FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.WORST PLACE EVER.I didn't expect for it to happen but after seeing the sign and they failed to give me my receipt,They refused to give me the meal free ( as advertised. See attached photo) It was a measly $4.51 cents but the chicken was dry and old , biscuit was hard and not edible. The girl ( Who gave me back my card and no receipt, went to the back and came back again and "Said, Oh we are not doing that anymore or and then I asked to see the manager and then the manager came and said yes and yes that is correct we are not doing that anymore and that sign should not be there and I said isn't that false advertisement and they said no said no because the sign should not be there and I thought to myself you just proved my point but I will never ever As long as I live go back to that location again and I will go to popeye's chicken from now on which is way way better anyhow. It was a last ditch effort at this location because I've been here twice before and it has never been a good experience but this is the 1st time I have complained so good luck.
Dinning room is still closed 2 years into this pandemic. Kfc has really bad customer service in drive through and makes a lot of mistakes, personally I would recommend finding somewhere else instead of waiting in 3 hours of drivethrough time
I was so disappointed I went there last night to get a meal on the app the KFC app they had an option for three piece chicken box 2 chicken breast and one wing along with two sides and a drink I didn’t feel like ordering online so I went through the drive thru I ordered a box with three pieces two breasts one wing two sides and a drink it came out to 1399 but through the app the KFC app it was 1099 so I talk to the young lady at the drive up she laughed ha ha ha ha you can try to order through the app But you’re not gonna get it so I was just playing I left so if you order through the app make sure you double check your food because the app tell you one thing in the store will tell you totally differentPeace

Dont ever get extra crispy if they tell you if they can can give you extra crispy over orginal say NO don't ever make that mistake had several times hoping it was just a bad day for them its terrible always, they will try & force it on you with claims its all they have or you need to wait in busy nights just wait don't let them talk you into it just wait if its a option or go somewhere else. You will waste your money on extra crispy. They forgot stuff on big orders often. I have made orders just notice a large side is missing just to go to the door & had them refused to open it door for something so small. so I could get had go through drive again for another 30 mins ? just check every little thing on family meals they will forget it often. If you avoid extra crispy & check your orders thoroughly you will be alright.
Loved it my whole Family did..We got the 16 piece dinner..Nice and fresh..all sides were delicious also staff was friendly too.I will be back!!
