I should have read the reviews before going to this location I ordered 2 chicken pot pies and a chicken little and everything was old and dry I couldn't believe it what a let down come on KFC you have to do better than This how does a place stay open with that kinda service especially when I go and look at the reviews and see that IAM not the onlyone who has left a bad review how does it stay open ? I will never return to this location and I do not recommend this location stay away save your hard earned money for a place who appreciates your business
We actually ordered from the A&W menu. After requesting no cheese on my hamburger twice, having her repeat my order back to me and checking my receipt, got home. Cheese on my burger. Both my burger and my husband's were raw in the middle. Couldn't go in to complain because their dining room is still closed. Tried calling and they wouldn't answer. The onion rings were very good though. Won't be going there again.
Horrible customer service , do not recommend coming here. The lady May was very rude while ordering at drive through. May has horrible customer service and needs training . Rushed us with no line in line. Not one person in line but had us pull around to front to wait . Waited 15 minutes and not one single car went here
Well had to wait over 30 mins for food.and there is a sign that states if u dont get your receipt the meal is free.after ordering was ask to pull foward to wait for the food.and when saying something about not getting the receipt the person at the window then said i will get that . so if the sign that says no receipt meal free. Appears to be a lair and should be took down .
Just ordered a Large popcorn chicken and this is what i got. Seriously what is this.
My husband has had a good experience here. All though I haven't eaten here, their food looks good. I will defiantly make an order next time.
It's a sunday night kfc hours on arden way is 10am to 10 pm. It's only 943pm and they're are closed... there's a guy inside who refuses to come to the window.. this is BS. kfc management and corporate needs to something about this
I can only base this place on my experience, saying that phenomenal is the word that comes to mind. I ask for my good fresh mostly everywhere I go and they did not disappoint. Wings were crispy well worth the 12 minute wait and the pot pie was boomin!! My favorite KFC In Sacramento is the one on Madison Avenue… But this one is right up there. Thank you. Praise God for good service and good food!
If I could choose a negative star for this review they would be lucky to get that. Terrible. Says they close at 10pm, went through drive through at 7:51pm. Ordered the “Fill Up Box” was told only extra crispy chicken available - they weren’t kidding, no meat just over fried chicken skin, they forgot my mashed potatoes and didn’t even through a butter packet into the box for the biscuit. Ordered a side of French fries as well that only tasted like sat and the old oil that they were fried in. The only good thing was my root beer. Seeing previous posts of the horrible service and nothing has changed it seems that our feedback isn’t taken into account. Great waste of almost $12 bucks for a refreshing root beer. Will not be back. Do not waste your money at this location. Ticket # 1718.
This is the laziest kfc in northern California I have stopped by here 3 times between 820 and 830 the drive thru and lobby are already closed and clean the hours say they are until 10 pm they are out of there bu 845pm no work ethic and azy
