Wow! LOTS of negative reviews. My complaint is not so bad. Got my 9 pc. meal from the drive thru. Order was complete however they skimped out on the essentials. No forks or sporks no napkins either. Where do they get off selling fried chickens without napkins? What bummed me out the most though was no butter no honey. KFC chicken has always been mediocre and the biscuits with the butter and honey are always the first down the hatch. Our house butter was cold and unspreadable so by the time we got around to them the biscuits were cold, hard, and no longer worth the effort. All these bad reviews and mine would have been positive but you failed the BASICS. I recommend you GET OFF THE ROAD!
The service here is terrible. I go through the drive thru and order my lunch. Even thither is nobody behind me I'm asked to pull out onto sutterville rd and back into the parking lot to wait. No other customers ever enter the drive thru. My food finally comes out, and I head back to work. Only to find out that I got a regular chicken sandwich instead of spicy, and they gave me macaroni and cheese instead of pop corn chicken. I mean seriously, I was the only customer there and they can't get the order right.... never again
This was the worst unacceptable experience I’ve had, I pull up to drive through menu and let the window cashier girl (Angelina c) know I need a minute to look at the menu and she said ok and started saying I hate when customers fuckin….then mic turned off, in less than a minute she rushed me saying do I need help with the menu. When I was ordering she kept saying what else ? and had the worst attitude. When we pulled up they made me back up all the way to red pole and pull up again with no explanation and then when I drove home 15 min away they gave me a 8pc when I ordered 12pc combo. I called and they said all they can do is give me the 4pc they didn’t give, I explained the inconvenience they gave me and the Manager (Nana) said “well I can’t drive it to you” smh ??????????
The door says dining room tell 10:00 pm, I walk in at 7:58 pm and they say drive through only. They need better management. The only KFC in Sacramento that doesn't have a lines inside or out.
If I could rate zero stars I would. They barely gave me any food but still charged me full price.Only a few fries in my bag and a hand full of pop corn nuggets.Super disappointing and a waste of money.
By far the worst kfc I’ve ever been to. If I could give zero starts I would. They gave me chicken wings drenched in grease. I called to talk to someone since I was too far to drive back. The worker left me on the phone for over 30mins plus. I can hear everything in his background. He never picked the phone up. My food was terrible. My wings was burnt and fries too
Worst service I have ever experienced 2/22. If you have no workers or have to wait 30 min for chicken..Stop taking orders! Where was the supervision..
The worst kfc. I've ever seen across the states. We made an online order, got charged $35. Get there, and the say they are out of chicken. W. T. F.
I’ve been coming to this area for years and last night was a sad disappointment. Wings instead of drumsticks which I asked for with the thighs and skin was undercooked or none at all. Poorly prepared. Wasn’t sure if I should even call back as I didn’t want to waste time. Most of chicken thrown away…that bad.
Super friendly on the intercom AND pretty fast service (approx 5:00 pm). However order was wrong. Tried telephoning for 24 hours—pretty constant busy signal ??♀️
