I finally get to try this because of all the hype! In all honesty, it's pretty good. I liked the chicken. It was crispy and hot. And the spaghetti was just any regular spaghetti just sweet with hotdog bits. The mango peach pie was ok. The pineapple drink was good as well. In overall, we got food that's served hot and delicious. Which was great. The only thing I didn't understand was why they didn't give lids out when u order drinks. Which is weird, because when we ordered our pineapple drinks it had lids with it,but if someone else ordered fountain drinks you'd have to ask for it. And I also saw people asking for lids too.
Got my Jollibee craving today. I like the palabok and their fried chicken is crispy and very tender inside. Definitely not dry. The staff is polite and place is clean. I knocked out one star because for me, fried chicken and corn goes well together, but they don't have corn. The palabok is also watery, but their sauce is good. The noodles has to be drained more before serving. I'm saying this because I'm Filipino and been eating Filipino food for over 62 years. Listen to your elders like me. Please drain the noodles well. ❤️
This Chicken Joy restaurant I feel brings the Filipino community together in good way. Because it's the only one we have here in Sacramento. And Filipinos look forward to getting such delicious chicken. It's good for Filipinos to support one another ?
Great chicken, good mashed potatoes, okay everything else. I really wanted to give it a 3.5 rating but I can't do that here.I came here to try the chickenjoy (fried chicken) which is what they're known for. The fried chicken was great!! It's on par with other fast food fried chicken chain restaurants. This spot would be a great comfort food because it hits the spot. It comes with a generous side of gravy to dip your chicken.Mashed potatoes were good, gravy felt a little artificial.Adobe rice was tasty and filling.The guy behind the counter was either hard of hearing or he was training because he kept getting our order wrong and it wasn't worth re-mentioning it more than 4 times.He ordered our chicken with Palabok which are rice noodles with an egg slice. It was okay and filled me up.Atmosphere was nice. People were friendly. I dined in and watched the Jollibee commercials on my phone while I ate. Saw lots of people catching up or hanging out here. Chill vibes here.
Update: Came back and ordered the best fried chicken ever... original crunchy and juicy and spicy Chickenjoy. Still the best fried chicken there is, hands down.A month ago: Came before lunch hour rush... person taking the order didn't look happy with what she was doing, quite a bit unusual for someone working at Jollibee.Prices have gone up since the last time I was there, which was understandable... fried chicken were a bit overcooked that day but still tasted good specially with the delicious gravy... palabok was good and so was the burger steak.Place was clean and service was fast. Will keep coming back whenever craving hits.
Jollibee is always great. Staff are always friendly. Food is always fresh.Today was my daughters first time eating here.She says it’s her new favorite restaurant.
No taste, too saucy, shrimps are too small, and freaking eggs are too skinny. Never again i will eat at jollibee. My expectations were good, but when i saw it and ate it, its sucks. And ii had a slight stomach ache. Good thing i didn’t get food poison. It was first and last.

Ordered online. When I went to pickup my order, the business door was locked. An employee told me I could order thru the drive thru. I told him I ordered online and he let me in. Many people were inside and waiting too.Food is good, employees were working hard to get food out, but management needs to get the logistics under control. Customer and order flow was chaotic. Do better.
Staff are friendly and welcoming!!! Food was delicious especially chicken joy and burger is our favorite !! It’s worth the trip!
