We stopped and dined in at JJ's this eveningFood was very tasty, service was friendly, location was attractive and clean. We shared the delicious ramen soup, and Hawaiian BBQ dinner. The soup had lots of great ingredients besides noodles. The meats was extremely tasty. I also had the coconut smoothie, delicious. Great dinner at a good price.
The food is great. Possibly the best Hawaiian bbq in town. Customer service is also great. Everyone was very friendly. My only complaint is I wish they had a soda fountain. I drink a lot when I eat, and I don't like having to keep buying cans of soda. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place.
Just bought some fried chicken from this place and the chicken not only was undercooked but as soon as you break the skin a very bad foul odor came from the chicken. It was so bad it made my stomach hurt just smelling it. I will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN! AND YOU BETTER NOT EITHER IF YOU WANJA LIVE. just so bad.
Delicious food! I've had the fried prawns, Hawaiian bbq chicken, katsu chicken, and lumpia so far and everything has been amazing.
All food was good and hot and staff was very nice. Also the price was good.
Everything is hot and sooo good! I haven’t found any fried Musubi here in Sacramento. Once I heard they serve fried Musubi I HAD to go I was so happy. The garlic noodles are on point. The short ribs are bomb, everything was great down to the friendly service. We’ll be back for sure
Good food, ordered the short ribs and prawns. Everything was fresh and tasted great. Special note the macaroni salad was very good. Also ordered a Oreo smoothie, which was fantastic. A little bit of a wait for order, but was worth it.
If I can only give 0 I would! It’s our first time coming here and the lady cashier messed up our orders big time. We ordered 2 of #12 (short ribs w/ prawns) for to go and she charged us for something else which is #6 (short ribs beef & chicken) Not only that she messed up our orders, We didn’t even get the short ribs at all! The chicken, beef and salad are the worst taste ever! Not seasoned and not even fully cooked! So disgusting! Their vegetable lumpia is not even good at all! Don’t waste your time and money coming over here!
The food was good, especially the garlic noodles. Try the green tea cheesecake! The service could be better though, the lady taking our order could not get our order right and I ended up not getting my plate and we had to go up and ask her for the plate I had ordered after everyone at my table had already finished their food. Do recommend if in the area.
First time trying Hawaiian BBQ. Ordered the ribs and prawn combo, chicken katsu and crab rangoon. It came with 2 sauces and some sweet and sour packets. I wasn't sure what sauce was for what item. Definitely needed more though. Combos come with macaroni salad and rice. Can't speak on the macaroni as I don't like it period. Rice was basic, not flavored or anything. Remaining items were decent - not impressed or disappointed. Boba Thai tea was where it was at though! Most flavorful Thai Tea I've had in years!
