The food is 4 stars, however, the customer services is 2 stars. Please stop hiring young people who do not have good customer service skills. By the way, the young person was not African Americans if you are curious. It was a young Asian male and he was rude as hell to me. I asked if he could tell me how much they charged me for 3 addition oysters. He replied," read the recipe..I don't want to talk to you." So of course I checked him and got aa refund. Never patronizing them again!!!!

Ordered fillet of sole fish! Portion was large with fries, side salad of coleslaw which was extra! It was ok!
Always great wife's favorite every year here birthday dinner. I can't go wrong. I wish they would open one in Rancho Cordova we have a tugboat and it has never lived up to a good fish spot. Seriously JJ would be a money maker out here this is a family and business friendly area alot of diversify with the people and a fast food paradise, this community would welcome JJ hands down.
Listen here y’all..coming from a Chicago native where this restaurant originated..when you order chicken, fish, or tenders tell them extra lemon pepper and mild sauce..you won’t regret it
Was just passing through, sides were meh (bland) but fried catfish was bomb (5 Stars), fresh, moist, and flavorful. Definitely stopping by in the future!
I ordered my meal by phone. Less than three minutes later they called me back saying they were out of two of the items. I had to change my order. The guy was impatient after 10 seconds for my new order. I was already on my way to the location. I hung up feeling like if I'm going to pay almost $100.00 for this meal I should get what we I want not what they have! I called back and cancelled the order. I got my original order from another restaurant.
This place isn't so bad. There chicken strips are really good and still fresh and hot when I got home but there fries wasn't the best. It's not the worst either I just wish the fries were fresh since it tasted pretty old and super crunchy and kinda hard. This place seems like it's super understaffed as well. I tried calling them twice but never even answered. And when I got there to place an order I only noticed 2 people were working and after I placed my order they said it would take 20 minutes when it seem like it was very slow there and not much orders ahead of mine. But other than that the chicken were like a 8/10 and the fries are like maybe a 4/10 lol price for my small chicken tender meal was about 14 dollars
Picked up 2 orders of greens here and they were pretty damn good.
