The best sub I have ever had it was so fresh they forgot my Avocado but it was still delicious
Service was horrendous. The workers could care less if you were there to order a sandwich. After I finally ordered, the employee sloppily put the sandwich together with ingredients falling all over the place. Additionally, she took the Fallin ingredients and threw them back in. I almost just walked out and will never return. They need some customer service training over here.
Great cheesesteaks like them not quite a true Philadelphia cheesesteak but a close second
Just ordered a California club turkey bowl and when I opened my container I found a long black hair curled up on my salad. I am very upset about my first experience here. Sanitation is not priority at this location!
I Recently moved in the Natoma, And this location is the closest location to where I live now, And this was the 4th time that I had a visit, The girl that she works as she is extremely a unprofessional,that made to leave the store and drive 17 minutes to watt Ave location and get my food from them, Management really need to look into there services......

1st time every at this sub place, was very disappointed.poor service, poor Sanitary practices, not washing there hands, touching everything, then touching the food, setting the bread on the counters with no paper to protect the bread.Can't count money, and smart mouth manager, and very rude and disrespectful.Not a good experience for a 1st time at jersey Mike's.
Used to be my absolute favorite sandwich spot in sacramento. This is by far the worst location in the chain now. The staff is rude and do not listen at all. My wife and I are going from weekly diners after this last experience to not being a customer anymore. There are so many other options out there now and I suggest sourdough and co or dad's sandwich shop. Staff is way better, and they actually get your order right.
Stood at counter for about 3 mins. Nobody acknowledged me, got someone's attention and asked if I in the right spot to order. He said he would be right with me, I waited about another 3 minutes nobody would make eye contact. I don't mind waiting but nobody likes being ignored. I left and went across the street where I was treated with respect.
