I've been to Jersey Mike's dozens of times. I always get an off the menu Hot Turkey Philly. Never not one time had any problems ordering this at any location I've been to. Well, there's always a first. Both the employee and manager refused my order by telling me Jesey Mike's does not do this. I said yes do and have done it many times. I got no satisfaction and left....what a bummer. All other locations I've been have been 5 star.
Son physically went to locale, called and asked if I wanted a sub or a Philly cheese steak. Told him a PHILLY cheesecake. So, gets his order, should hv been pretty easy.....I open mine and it's this mess of chunks of chicken, with all sorts of mushy veggies on it, CLEARLY not a Philly cheesesteak. So I picked most of the mush off, and half of the mushy bread, and called it good. Not even bothering with bringing it back as we live way up near Antelope. He was on his way back from work after doing a whole house flooring job, and was on his way back from the job. I've done restaurant management for years, but this mess was pretty unappealing and not even correct. Note: open ears to your customers, as this was a mess.
came here tonight (4/3/2022) and got in 45 minutes before they closed. The "open" sign was on, but they had half of the lights off so we were not sure if they were still taking orders. The employees were also wiping down a counter and all talking so it was unclear what was going on. When we came in, all three employees rolled their eyes and looked extremely annoyed that we *dare* come in towards the end of the night. Then they were rude as they took our order and rang us up.. They also made BOTH of our sandwiches wrong, and when we went back to tell them, they blamed US.. The woman working said "well that's not what the ticket said" even though SHE was the one who took our order, and didn't even make a ticket... so it was entirely her fault for not writing down the specifics of what we asked for. Absolutely abhorrent experience and we will NOT be coming to this location again. This is not the first time we have had problems here.
I wore a mask as required when required, same as everyone else. Today when I went to the shop, they told me I still had to wear a mask. You certainly have the ability to set that policy for your business, just as I have the ability to go to the next sandwich shop, which I did. That said, I think it was the snide and unnecessary “Have a nice day!” from your shift leader that had me questioning who was actually hiring for the franchise. I’ve been a multi unit franchisee for 32 years. I am puzzled why you would risk taking what is at this point a political position with a restaurant as opposed to simply letting folks decide for themselves. It will almost certainly cost you traffic— perhaps significant. This industry is difficult enough, and I do wish you well. I would simply think it wise to reconsider the policy.
I get Jersey Mike's probably once a week and it never disappoints.Today they were out of the Rosemary Parm bread so they upgraded one of our subs to be giant sized and honestly the only thing better than one sub is DOUBLE that sub!Thank y'all and keep up the great work, everything is always so perfect.
I used to love Jersey Mike’s and I find myself going less and less and now I will stop going all together. My “hot” sandwich was somewhat cold and had ingredients I didn’t want in it. The main reason I will not come back is the rude enforcement of the masks. If I hadn’t ordered ahead of time, I would have walked out. Mask mandates are being lifted everywhere, update your policies.
I love the sandwiches at Jersey Mike's the taste so fresh and just downright good and they have a nice deal ...after 5 if you buy 1 large sandwich you can buy another for 5 dollars.
Great subs & friendly customer service.
They consistently make the wrong sandwich. Over priced for what it is, I'm sure I can find a cheaper and better Philly cheese steak around here.
I like their Roast Beef sandwich, hot Philly Steak, etc.Friendly employees and fast service .
