Just came over here. Waited for my drink the girl poured my berry banana for her coworker first and then poured the rest into the cup she gave me. I got a large and she didn't even fill it all the way up. Asked them to make the orange dream drink thicker bc it was completely watered. They remade it and decided to not give me the full large. I even gave them a tip never coming back here again
Ive been coming to the jamba juice on Natomas a lot recently, staff there are very friendly. Dorean the manager guy is always very nice and polite. He is always ready to help with this amazing personality! Good job guys!
The employee did my husband's drink wrong and it is nasty. He got the orange c-booster substitute the banana's for more peaches and they screwed it up. My drink came out good. I got the acai super antioxidant. That's the reason I only gave 2 stars
Great place Great Service!!! Fabian and his staff were great and efficient with our orders. A definite place to go back to.
Took a long time for them to get my order to me, had to ask if it was coming then they start making it. I always ask for extra juice and blend it very well because my 18 month old grandchildren will be drinking it out of the straw. It wasn't blended well at all.
They can never get an order right and customer service is very lacking.
I ordered a large pick-up order about 1 day before pick-up. I was supposed to pick up at 9:15 am. I checked in at 9:25 am, only to find out my order was not ready. This would not have been such a big deal, except I was brining the drinks in for a morning meeting. On top of that, they took & made every customer's order who walked through the doors while I was waiting for my order, causing a further delay in my order. I finally walked out of there at 10 am with my order. No apology. Many excuses. Won't order from this establishment again.
Is JJ getting stingy about filling up a large cup? They still needed to fill it up ??
