I called this location days in advance to confirm if they had WiFi available for guests to use because I wanted to hold a business meeting at this location; I was told yes, it is a slow connection but it is available for use. When I arrived before the person I was meeting with I was told they do not have WiFi and they would not give me access. There was no solution offered. Very disappointing to have such an experience.
I would go to this Jamba Juice all the time never had an issue but this time there was a huge issue. I went up there and asked for a vanilla blue sky and there was granola in my vanilla blue sky smoothie. I did not request for granola in my smoothie. So I asked Natalie V to remake the drink and afterwards it tasted very strange. When I went back in there to get my refund, Natalie V immediately asked me if there was something inside my drink and if there were SEASONINGS IN IT. Why would she ask that? Disturbing experience, I would watch out going here. Buyer beware.

She served my daughter Miranda and I via a phone call, we had questions regarding our Door dash order and I swear, her sweet, gentle and caring personality radiated through the call. Not to mention her absolutely delicious drinks were yummy! We will be customers always! Thank you Maria! Love it here! Always so friendly and customer service is awesome! Try the orange dream machine but substituted with pineapple instead of orange so delicious!
I was at this location a few weeks ago and i witnessed this tall young lady putting her hands on other employees. when i was ready to order she looked and me and walked away right after she took another persons order. this should not be acceptable. never coming here again.
I like to come here before 10am and it's nice and quiet, today I got helped by Shayla and another gals name I didn't catch and got the cutest Jamba! I know it seems silly but it was just that tiny bit extra that made my morning! Thanks ladies!!
