I always swing by this location on my way to the Sac State campus. Absolutely lovely staff, very personable and kind so I always look forward to coming in. Kudos to Jessica specifically, who always goes above and beyond in customer service and clearly keeps the place running smoothly as I've never had an issue at all!

Jessica the store manager went above and beyond in explaining what blue spirulina is ! Very good example of leadership??

Placed an order through Grubhub and had to update my address. Contacted Jamba and spoke with Jessica. She was very friendly and went above and beyond to get my information to make sure the driver had the correct updated info. Great customer service thank you Jessica!

They are using the excuse of supply chain issues to give you a 20 oz cup for their regular size 24oz smoothies. #scam

I wanted to place an online order but orange dream machine was not listed as an option at this location, which was incorrect, because I was able to order it inside. Lots of people. If only I was able to order online. Slow employees. I had asked the employee to split my large orange dream machine into two cups which she forgot to do. She seemed confused when I asked her. Other locations do it, so I'm not sure if she was new or if this isn't something they offer.

This morning I needed something delicious, to keep me off the wheat, and the Island Pitaya bowl was just the deliciousness.I ordered online and when I went inside to pick up the deliciousness, Syniah was just finishing with it.As I watched, Syniah took great care to make the bowl the picture of perfection. Scooped carefully on an even layer of granola, sliced the banana making sure to cut away the strings, then sliced the strawberries and placed both with precision. Then she added the fresh blueberries in a generous third column. Deftly, she sprinkled on the coconut flakes and artfully added the sweet honey to top it all off. Most importantly, when I told her she was an artist and everything looked delicious, she said, with a beaming smile, "Thank you, I hope you enjoy it!".Excellent service and the bowl is truly the most delicious I have ever had from Jamba Juice.Thank you for starting my day with sweetness, skill, and art, Syniah. ❤?

This Jamba has such a helpful and and caring staff they are the literal BEST in Sac!! Especially Jessica the one who keeps the operation moving like a well oiled machine. My favorite Jamba in Sac and you wont be disappointed.

This location takes 5 years to make one drink. The smoothies here don’t taste good either. The lines are never long, but it takes a really long time to get your purchase.

All the other members of this location are incredibly nice but Rachel was so rude that I nearly walked out. Another member happily told me “I will be with you in just a minute!” and rushed to do other tasks. Rachel was standing at the front doing something else so I just patiently waited. Finally, she stepped towards the tablet and goes “next” sounding annoyed. I asked whether the cloud foam was dairy free and she replied flatly in a condescending tone, making it obvious she didn’t want to be there. I tried to process my card and asked whether it went through and she ignored me. After trying my card a couple more times she silently turned the screen for a tip (which I gave regardless, why punish the whole crew who share tips?) and I said thank you and she again was silent and ignored me. I hope management reminds Rachel not just about good service, but apparently she needs a lesson in basic manners.

Out of all the different Jamba juice locations that I very frequently go to this one definitely needs some help... I ordered 2 drinks and after them making 5 drinks and still couldn't get but one of my orders actually correct I just decided to go ahead and leave with what they had made. After standing there for nearly 20 25 min with them handing me mistake after mistake in attempts to make one of the simplest and easiest drinks possible I figured I'd cut my losses and go about my day but it just shocks me when I had seriously told every single worker in there at least once how to make the drink and what was in it which is a kale orange power and only consists of fresh squeezed orange juice fresh banana and kale that's it... And yet I got a multitude of different drinks that tasted nothing like a kale orange power and ultimately just got wasted. It was the first time I've ever gone into a Jamba juice and not a single employee knew or had heard of a kale orange power hopefully they can get some extra training and step it up
