OMG the air conditioning was such a relief and was really needed now that it has been getting hotter. The store was super clean and well kept, too.I asked if I could buy some extra cups to share with my kids but Caitlyn and Claudia took care of it for me. They split everything up for me and had a drink carrier ready when they saw how full my hands were. They really are such a blessing. Thank you!!

I came in after two people got served and they informed me that they have short staffing and not taking anymore orders. There were 2 employees present.
The workers were ok not rude or anything this was my first time in this special jamba but i always order the same thing everywhere. Medium peanutbutter banana protein with whey protein and extra peanutbutter. Every single time i order this the workers tell me the whey will upgrade it to a large. This time it was poured into a medium cup with plenty left over. I asked if i could get the left overs since they just throw it away and was told no. Apparently this particular jamba juice thinks it is better to throw away products than give the customer a little extra.. also my drink was as white as milk and as runny also. When i asked if they added the extra peanutbutter i paid for since it didnt tastes like it i was told they did... not sure how this is the only time my drink has ever been white before if the extra peanutbutter was added. All in all i wont be back to this store im sure they are fine with that though as they dont seem to care about customer satisfaction
The employees are always so helpful and they always show great respect towards the customers and have a great attitude they make the drinks quick even when they are busy they make sure to get the drinks out fast and the store is always clean and kept up to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone that enters.
Went here this morning as I do most mornings and I walked in and was told cash registers and payment systems were down and that they could only take online orders.So I went to order online and it wouldn't allow me.Girl working said "oops. Sorry. I will let someone know..."I asked if I could just get my mega mango and leave $10 (more than enough money for it) and they could just put the transaction in when system came up.She looked confused. I guess Jamba juice doesn't like money and likes just remaining open to frustrate possible customers.????
I came in a month ago 2 drinks was made to thick I call cooperate then the ma ger reach out to on email was supposed to remake the large orange dream machine and peanut butter mood and was supposed to refund me that never happen I went to store showed the manager email he couldn't figure it out it's been over month Ridiculous please reach out to me
