This Jamba Juice location was my favorite the girls there also knew my name you can see how often I went there Welp not until I called and this guy answer I was asking a question and just hanged up on meThey’re not currently taking online orders so I decided to call in my order I’m on a time schedule so it’s either online order or phone order I guess I’ll take me money else where
Well this is a mixed feeling review. I've been coming here for a while always see a change in staff. Crew is awesome always fun to be around. Management well the guy hands down awesome and fun the regular lady bella always goes out of her way to make sure orders are correct. There has been another lady who says she's head shiftLeader wow just get her on her good times I guess. Really I'll let you know when I find that time. Went in today different guy this morning he was doing great he said he's helping from different store. Think he should stay great job.
Ordered my drink there and got it all watered down and melted. Maybe they didn't use enough ice.
They tend to forget the online orders. You stand there waiting for your order and then 15 minutes later when you ask, they say “oh we’re making it right now.” Some workers also don’t know the recipes when making the drinks. I am highly allergic to bananas and I saw a worker make my drink and put bananas in it. The worker repeatedly kept telling me this is how you make the drink and then another worker told him your making the wrong order. I wish they would be more careful because not every customer is watching them behind the counter.
I went to this Jamb Juice for oatmeal this morning. I arrived at 8am when they opened. They told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. I wasn't in a rush so I said that's OK I'll wait and I went to my car to go wait . Went back in an hour later and it is still not ready.
The whole J street starting from Safeway down & Jamba can friend request me on Instagram & Facebook. I have no complaints at about Jamba or East Sacramento east Sacramento one my favorite area including Land Park and I bowl at AMF USBC Land Park Lanes every Monday night Lucky Primire Bowlers League 630pm I stay in my full circle.
Little pricey but really like their smoothies. The Razzmatazz is one of my favorites.
Made an online order for pick up, the smoothie was ready and the staff waited to heat up the breakfast sandwich so that it wasn't cold by the time we got there. Appreciate the customer service.
