First time here and my salad was awful. I had the buffalo chicken and I could tell the chicken had been sitting under the heat lamp for way too long, the lettuce was wilted and apples looked a few days old. For the total coming to $15 you would think it would be a little fresher. My friend ordered the same thing and hers was also not fresh. She somehow received a second dressing also and mine came with 1. I had wanted to go back and try the sandwiches but I might go somewhere else next time.
Awesome salads! Tri tip and Asian chicken were the best. The urban fries are like nowhere else and are a real treat.
The food is really tasty and healthy. Ordering was smoothe and efficient. My order was not right however I changed my mind at the last minute so there was room for misunderstanding. Overall, I will go back to this restaurant because my experience was super positive.
We ate lunch yesterday at the Jacks Urban Eats off of Natomas. My first thought is that they are under new ownership who could care less about customer satisfaction. If you are used to having a good dining experience at a Jacks elsewhere, then avoid thus one, we certainly will.
The food here is amazing! When ypu look around and everyone is CLEARING their plates, you just know.. the food is THAT GOOD! ?

They have gray comfort food and salads it is very fresh and made to order. I had the salmon Cobb salad and it was great. We also ordered a chicken sandwich with potatoes. It was all so fresh and delicious.
Honestly, my husband and I eat here too much lol. We get their “create your own” salads and get them to our liking. I love the roasted Brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes, he loves the spicy chickpeas and broccoli. I think the tri trip is a bit better than their chicken. Their balsamic dressing is delicious. He gets their cilantro lime and roasted jalapeño vinaigrette. We love this place!
Ordered the Superfood salad- very tasty great mix of veges, a few more slices of strawberries ? would have made it even better. Staff was courteous and acknowledging considering how busy they were. Mac cheese - was more Mac than cheese, a bit dry & bland- bummer. Hopefully creamier next go around.
Jack's is always solid.. love the create your own salad.. the only downfall is the meat is typically precooked to temp and so they throw it back on the grill to warm it up, so if it is already at medium and they throw it on it either doesn't get too warm or it gets overcooked to get it up to a serving temp. Outside of that very tasty.
