Overpriced food I can prepare in my own kitchen for pennies on the dollar but much better and with flavor. The food service workers are rude and loud at the counter and can’t get a simple order correct. 16 dollars for a simple salad as well just all out horrible. There are other places in the airport more deserving and taste much better. If you’re late for a flight just get on the plane and pass this place up completely they don’t even offer refunds on the spot they have to contact a manager who’s over at another location to process the refund and that’s if the manager even gets to the restaurant in time.
The clunky kiosk went down while we were trying to close out our order, so we moved on to another merchant. The place was an overpriced, chaotic mess anyway, so we were fine with that decision. Once we got home we realized that we were charged for over $40 of food we never ordered or received... This is not a typical Jack's.
Overpriced dog food. The chicken tastes like microwaved rubber. For $20 you get a sandwich that’s significantly worse than a $2 jack n the box sandwich. Completely out of condiments today. Enjoyed my dry garbage sandwich with fries. Believe the previous reviews and try somewhere else.
Workers are great. Management not so much. The DIY ordering screen works wellbut the wait for coffee was far too long. The screen gives you an order number but unless you crowd up to the busy counter you may not hear it. Really should be displayed on a overhead TV.Waited 20 mins to finally be toldbeverages are Self serve whichwas not mentioned when ordering. If you are looking to kill timethis is a good option for wastinghalf an hour.Raise the wages and attract more workers.
$12 or $13 for this? I understand airport food is expensive, but this isn’t even what was advertised in the menu! I ordered chicken strips and fries, with the menu depicting an image of actual chicken strips and seasoned fries. These are maybe 2-3” long pieces of chicken, you could say they’re more like nuggets. The fries were soggy and tasted like water. Absolutely not worth the money.
Nice staff good food. But too often they don’t follow instructions to exclude gluten and other items. I check the exclude section and then I get home and find the order is not correct. That means that the salad needs to be thrown out. We would go to another Jacks location but they are too far away. I have talked with a manager before same issue. My exclusion is serious for me. I tip all the time but doesn’t make a difference.
Rude service and food is no where near the typical Jack's quality you would expect.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Got the tri tip sandwich and it was terrible. Touch screens to order are very difficult to use and workers move extremely slowly. As for the food itself the sandwich had 3 small pieces of low quality cut tri tip and had almost no flavor. The fries that I ordered were cold, soggy, and clearly frozen. This is not a jacks urban eats, I have one by my actual house and it is amazing. Their menu is completely different and not at all the same atmosphere. Waited about 20 minutes for my sandwich and fries and paid $30
Used their self serve kiosk to order a cheeseburger with fries. It was $21. My burger was burnt and fries unseasoned. Avoid this place at the airport, expensive and not worth it. Their menu is also very limited compared to normal locations.
I normally love Jack's, but the airport location is not the same. I was excited for urban fries, until I took my first bite. The fries were soggy and the sauce had an artificial aftertaste... Definitely not as good as the real deal! Past experiences with the airport Jack's have not left such a (literal) bad taste in my mouth, so hopefully they can turn it around, but in the meantime there are likely better options.
