Poor customer service and poor food quality , I ordered the loaded breakfast but they put sourdough buns on it instead I let it go ok no big deal , but I bite into the sandwich and there's broken pieces of egg shells in the sandwich the girl at the window was rude ,pushy ,doesn't greet or say thank you or you're welcome this was May ,18th @ 5 a.m hopefully the next shift isn't as bad .also did not recieve Recipt .
Not the best experience but not the worst, the spicy jack wasn't very flavorful but the seasoned curly fries were the real let down as they had 0 flavor whatsoever. The men's room had no soap so I couldn't properly wash my hands. The staff wasn't rude but they weren't exactly friendly either. I'd have given 3 stars if there was at least soap to wash up with...
The best jack in the box I've been to. If I want jack in the box this is the only one I'll go to. Everything they make is consistently good. Keep up the good work!
The breakfast Jack was fine came out in wonderful tasted great but I can't say that now after two visits on two different occasions the tacos were cold almost semi-frozen not good not not good at all I don't think I'll come here anymore.......
Not as fast as service as the one on fruitridge in Stockton but line moves rather quick and then they don't get the orders wrong. Everyone these days tends to say" huh,?.what was that??..
Every time I come here morning or night the system is always down. I think I've been able to order once in the last 5 times I have been here. They need to change their POS system.
Due to employee shortage service can be slow. I typically do drive-thru. Food is good fast food. My husband really likes the chicken fajita pita. I like the chicken teriyaki bowl.
Get the order right most often but the curly fries seem to be cold about 30% of the time... Make sure to ask for fresh fries
They gave me a southwest chicken salad with beans that had gone bad. Smelled horrible. The order taker told me the burger with the meal I ordered didnt come with sauce. It came with sauce. They left out my medium fry with the meal. All this on one order. Went for a refund. Told her I got bad food and she gave me attitude. She demanded the fries, aggressively yelling where are fries?? I told her again I did not get the fries. She gave me the refund, I just wanted to get out of there. She shorted the refund for the fries. Im just gunna drive the .2 miles more to the jack in the box on florin.
