I would not recommend this place to anyone. It took me over six tries to get the non English person on the other end of the drive-thru to understand that I wanted light cheese sauce on my tacos. She quoted me back so many things that did not even sound close to that. After she finally quoted it back correctly it was still made incorrect.
Maaannnnnn! Every once in a while, Jack comes across my mind,! I am 69 yrs of age...so I have had many years of visiting my friend Jack and he and I have always enjoyed one anothers company! Never disappointed with my unannounced showing up or getting on each others nerves! ? Sometimes I just drive by his window and sometimes I sit a spell depending on time of day! Any way, Jack is my friend many years even though he changed! He is still my one of my favorite friends,! ?
The food here is consistently good, especially compared to a lot of the other fast food joints in the area. As far as I can tell, they offer their full menu, including all day breakfast, etc.
Always had a good experience here getting food on the go with my orders always being correct. The staff is always kind and helpful.
The great thing here is you can get breakfast, lunch, and diner anytime of the day or nite. 24/7. Food was delicious. Sourdough Bacon Burger.
I am fond of the Sourdough Jack, service is quick at the location and the food is always fresh.
Store stays listed as 24 hours but is not and it is random no specific days when they close with no signage. One worker has been sitting in their car for the last hour. Update your hours jerks
Horrible customer service.They stole from me by keeping a part of my order. Then when I went back for it. They gave me partial order. When confronted they looked at me as if I was speaking a different language.I contacts jack in the bax and was contacted by the regional manager and offer a free meal. They let their employees steal and fix it by offering a free meal.
They stole my food. I had 2 orders of 7 piece jalapeno poppers. They gave me 1. I went back and told them. They said to pull up to the window. The girl put a box in the bag and gave it to me as soon as I pulled up. Jalapeno poppers are not something they have available. They make it as you order it. I looked in the box and 1 popper was missing. I confronted them and they looked at me like I was crazy.They purposely kept one of my boxes for themselves. And after my first time in the drive thru, they started to eat it. When I came back, they had already eaten one and gave me the same box with the missing piece.I reported this and the general manager contacted me and offered a free meal. So Jack in the box employees are allowed to steal from their customers and if they get caught, the general manager solves it with a free meal.
Just like all the other JNB. What is advertised isn’t what they sell. The first picture is from their website which actually shows bacon, the second & third pictures is what you actually get except with 2 maybe 3 pieces of bacon. Not even close for what is advertised. They’re as bad as some car dealers, the old bait & switch. Rotten way to do business!!!
