I used the drive thru here....I noticed they had a Promotional Milkshake (Girl Scout Cookie) on the menu. Ordered 2 shakes and an order of Onion Rings. That's all.Total was $20.25. For two milkshakes and onion rings?! I asked for a receipt. Of COURSE the register's receipt printer was 'out of paper'. So no receipt for me. (Was reloading new paper not an option? Just sayin.)Lazy workers, but they are kids, so eh. Won't buy those again though. No milkshake from Jack In The Box is worth almost 8 bucks.
After I gave you a report that I really like their JUMBO EGG ROLLS. I went to get some more JUMBO EGG ROLLS AND THE PRICE WENT UP FROM $5.05 TO $5.16 is that because of my report or just a coincidence ?. I went to jack in the box and bought 6 JUMBO EGG ROLLS TODAY. I remember when I was employed by this establishment. 2016-17 I did my very best. I kept the store open through out the night and did my best to come up with a system to minimize that period of temporarily closing to perform that end of day processing, without bending the rules. However it would require cooperative team effort. The cooks willing to train me to cook was however were morning crew, So I barely had the chance. And the night cook assigned with me didn't want to teach me. Because I refuse to shut down store for long periods. Due to the continued service through out the night, there was an great increase in customers. I remember very slow and low volume customers. But after two months. Boom! Full blown lines coming out wrapping around the drive thru almost going into home Depot. Majority of the customers where appreciated that we did stay open and did our best to serve despite the hard work, which I found challenging and just exciting. At times when the team actually was very cooperative was when we were the strongest. It's sad reading these reviews back to back. I remembered even though assigned a bit more task including ones out of my duties, I felt great because my team was there with me all the way... Even if things were crazy. As PIC; In training but never made it, customers often appraised us. That the team was doing a good job. They choose this location cause our line actually moves and we remained open." We had a wonderful staff and of course one of the best regional manager that had an eye for recognizing extra ordinary workers. I gotta mention, everyone loves ice cream! I made it available, until it shut down for cleaning. Only to be ready shortly. That drew a lot of business. I'm sure these are few things, that does keep customers coming back. It's just so much more exciting, funny and memorable to talk about how busy it was at work. Rather than customers disappearing before you know it. It won't be easy to attract customers to that location if every visit was a bad visit. Cause I tell you, just a few customers can multiply really quick. If at least they left the establishment not disgusted or upset. I ABSOLUTELY CANT STAND THIS PLACE!!! For one there are never GOOD mangers in the place!! My daughter used to work there and she told me that they left the teens alone with no training or any knowledge of what to do. She told me the place was always filthy and they only cleaned when inspections came. She told me the manager is rude and isn’t consistent at all and is very HORRIBLE at communicating with any of her workers. They have a massive rat problem that they decide to ignore constantly. They don’t care about their minor females bc they are constantly being harassed by the homeless people who sit around. I’ve seen it myself and warned them to stay safe because of those men. Overall the place isn’t a place anyone should eat anymore because it’s played out anyway…
One day I went, and my tacos we're stale. Another time, my soda was just carbonated water. And the last time I went, they had no tacos at all, big or small!
The food was good, but the lady running the drive thru, was not pleasant AT ALL. Her attitude was very Rude.
They have rats I seen one running across the drive through one night do yourself a favor and don’t eat here. Disgusting ? hair in my food Im so livid?I just left jack in the box ????? never coming back to this jack in the box again. they don’t wear hair nets and I think they should that is so unsanitary. I really hope the employees wash their hands ???? they rush and give you your food. To find hair in my food is so disappointing. Who wants to eat somewhere to find hair in your food.
It's 3:35am Sunday morning, my sister and I had a big order. The staff was very patient, fast, and offered great customer service even though the line was around the building.
I asked drive thru worker what kinds of sauce can I choose from for my jalapeno poppers, and she didn't hear me through my mask, so I lowered my mask and repeated myself. She got all Karen on me and told me I don't have to talk with an attitude. 8:20pm Sat. Nov. 13th. Whoever she is, she needs to be unemployed after that! DO NOT COME HERE! GHETTO FOOD, GHETTO SERVICE!
One of the best Jack in the Box's I go to. I use the drive through for reference: Service is fast and orders are accurate. I always order a chicken sandwich and it's always juicy and delicious. 1000% recommend this place.
