Ordered online. By the time I made it through the drive-through and got my food the tacos where soggy and the rest of the food was cold. This is the second time it has happened.Being able to go into the lobby to get my order would fix this issue. I will not be returning until they have opened the lobby back up.
The dining room was open, yet no employee would come to the counter to take my order. Less than one star. If you are going to have the dining room unlocked, pay attention to the front.
The cashier was very rude. My friend who bought it, got extreme diarrhea after eating the 2 tacos!!! SHE'S been leaving messages for someone to call her back!!! No one won't call her back!!! THE FOOD JUST WAS PLAIN AWFUL-- EVEN THE 4 CHEESEBURGERS ?!!! I PREFER IN 'OUT ' BURGER AND WHEN THEY MESS UP, THEY ALWAYS SEND A LETTER OF APOLOGY AND A GIFT CARD FOR A FREE MEAL!!! THERE'S YOUR FEEDBACK!!! I SURE HOPE THAT IT WILL HELP YOU!!!
It was about 5 cars in front of us was quick food was hot and order was correct can't ask for anything more besides cheaper prices but we know that's not happening lol
I have been here multiple times between midnight and 6 am and I can NEVER order. Its either no food, computer not working, system update. Why are you open 24 hrs yet don't serve anything after midnight.
Friend & quick service. They didn't have mini tacos for my online order which I didn't know before going but they made it right by substituting them with 4 regular tacos. The App does give an advisory that some locations might not have all of the menu items available due to product shortage. The food is Always on point!
Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo looks liked they fried the chicken patty twice in old oil ...probably the nastiest thing I ate in a while. Plus the sandwich had no sauce. Had to toss it after the first bite if it was a dine in order I would have returned it but I was already on the road quite far At least my fries were decent. 10 dollars. 10 freaken dollars for literally a small fry I don't really like leaving bad reviews. But danm
Absolutely the worst service I've ever received. I waited in line for 10 minutes someone started to say something and then told me to hold on and never came back. There was a person knocking at the front window trying to get help with their messed up order no one ever came to help them after 15 minutes of waiting and no one coming back to the speaker I finally just left as well as the four other cars behind me.
This Jack in the box on del Paso is the worst Jack in the box I have ever found to spend 20 to 25 minutes drive through and it always have bad service I only go there when you have to for lunch at 2:00 a.m. in the morning if there was a McDonald's Burger King Carl's Jr any other outlet I would not go to Jack in The box. So they get one star
Went to this store just to get simple order. Small comba #2 with a coke easy on ice. Add bacon on the burger and add 2 tacos on the side. The person who is taking my order i have to reapet my order many time because he cant get it right. Finally get my order went to work and when i open my burger it totally wrong. And i have call the store no answer. I have work at jack for 10 years. Very easy job but people cant do it right. I will never go back again to this store. The burger they use is a jambo meat nor a signature meat for 1 and 2.
