Staff except one lady is really rude & disrespectful. They always get our orders wrong & theyve kicked us out of the dining area saying theyre closed when theyre not.Jack in Box HQ really needs to investigate this location. Especially with the amout of negative reviews alone on google. The staff & management of this location (except one employee) needs to be replaced with a better crew because the attitude of this location is really disrespectful & unprofessional.

Had all of us wait in a long drive through line only to wait until we got to the speaker to tell us individually that they close everyday at 4 am. Turning menu lights off and/or putting a sign out would probably save your company a headache. I heard how they were yelling at you guys. I must admit, I felt every bit of their anger!

I’m not even from here so the fact the I walked in to get a milkshake and watched the server not wear any gloves as he was dropping the food in the fryer . Several chickens and several fish patties . So unsanitary. And when we mentioned it to the manager the cashier “elegandra” or whoever she was jumped in and said “ there’s another jack in the box in west sac. Again not from here. Her Prasanna was off and entirely rude all cause I seen her worker not using gloves while working . Don’t eat here and I suggest a full inspection

I order a combo they gave me only a sandwich. I ask nicely to give me a combo and I'll pay the difference they said they can't do that. I asked her to refund me and I'll re order they say they can't do that. The combo and the sandwich is only 49 cent different but they want to change me a drink and fries. I'm not paying another 3 dollars return the difference is only 49 cent. What a rip off.

Flew in from SMF and stayed near here. Drive through was open and got a spicy chicken sandwich which was crispy and delicious. About what you would normally expect from a Jack in the Box. Drive through didn’t take very long at almost 8

The employees were nice but the food we got tasted stale and refried even though we asked for everything fresh..When we called to let then know we had a problem, we could never get through. This meal was a total waste.

I went there with my mom after going depositing my check at my bank as a lunch after going and getting things done, sort of treating my mom to lunch type of day. The food was cold and not hot, when I looked at my sandwich it was burnt but the only thing hot. My drink was supposed to be vanilla iced with cream coffee, instead of it being that, the coffee was burnt and no vanilla taste at all. When I took it back to the counter the lady said that there was no syrup like the other mocha and caramel coffees so they just gave me what she thought was plain coffee without the vanilla pump also with no sugar. I said, so what would you give it to me knowing that you didn't have vanilla? She pretty much said the store tells their employees to do that if they don't have any off the vanilla syrup. Oh, and there were two meals that I can go on and on about, however just my sandwich had onion rings on it that was so burned and hard my little teeth that I have almost got broken trying to eat the thing.

I came to the drive thru the line was not rhat long and i was litterally in line for a whole 45 minutes. When It was my turn to order they told me to wait and i was waiting for so long that i had to say something for them to take my order. Then once i finally got to the window they were arguing and almost gave me the wrong drinks. Definitely do not recoomend.

When I arrived for the mobile order the restaurant stated they did not have my order. Eventually I was informed after confirming the receipt of my food that they gave my food away & I had to wait over 10 minutes for my order to be remade & after all that the food was not made correctly. Gave the food back. Then after further waiting the sandwiches were still not made based on my specifications nor did it have the condiments that were supposed to be included. The food quality was horrible & service was as well especially after waiting over 10+ minutes for my order to be remade. I'm very unhappy & was not satisfied with my food or service. Received a response through this post to file complaint however jack in the box still hasn't reached out to me or refunded me my money for my incorrect and poorly made food.

Come on, it's Jack... But then again.The woman working the late night drive through window was super nice...Unfortunately my fries were cold mini tacos were warm at best and the line was rediculously long and slow.But at 1am your choices are thin. Though it no excuse for cold fries.I'll give them another chance down the road.
