Horrible horrible experience!!!!Did mobile order, first drive through, two items were missing, drive through second time, gave the wrong item. Came in the lobby told the lady something wrong and I’d like to change. She said why you didn’t check when I gave it to you. Don’t you know what you ordered? I was shocked! First time saw someone’s attitude was so bad after they gave out the wrong order!I’d rather give this place a negative star if I can.
Gets orders wrong consistently. Does not seem to understand what no sauce means. No longer seems to give receipts so unless you want to sit in the drive thru to check your whole order, good luck
In the drive through at the very moment being told only orders through food delivery services are accepted. I must order through a 3rd party to receive food. Is this acceptable? It is 4pm on Saturday.
Everytime we've been by wanting to order the system has been down or drive through has been closed we tried again on 4/3/22 system down so we pulled forward to leave and another car that ordered door dash was there so we couldn't leave had to back out completely will be going to one on Madison and college oakfrom now on this isn't the first time it's been 4 or more times
Another fast food go to. The road noise from the near by traffic makes the drive through speaker very difficult to hear. The homeless are also an unpleasant part of going here but that's difficult to control.
This location drive thru and parking lot was filthy customer service was horrible!! I use to love coming to this location but they got new rude employees working the drive thru now, the food was okay . Also when touching food and money the drive thru should change gloves !!
Went around midnight and it took FOREVER and then a little bit longer. 18 minutes in that line. Trapped. Food was okay though. The order was correct and the staff were friendly.
Long wait in the drive thru with only two cars ahead of me. And not all that friendly. Also did not get even 1 napkin without asking for my burger.Hope it was just an off day for them, but I was disappoint with my experience.
The employee had sores all over his hand. No gloves. He also forgot an item but he was nice enough.
It was great enjoy my burger. the drive thru was fast.and the person at the window gave good customer service.
