Horrendous customer service. Intentionally rude as possible to me and clearly based on race. What I assume were workers just wearing their regular clothes (no jack in the box logos, no work uniform at all) just some J’s and tank top, proceeded to dance and listen to music, while simultaneously destroying my entire order, over charging me, giving me the wrong food, and then not knowing how to refund me, so they just tossed a couple bucks into my lap with no receipt of any kind even though I asked for a receipt 3 times. I couldn’t even eat my food after I saw how they handled that place, and the fact they have my card information there is terrifying. You couldn’t even confirm the people behind the counter even worked there due to any work uniform or lack of work, the place looked like a nightclub.

If I was to rate this jack in the box off Madison and Hillsdale. I would not give no stars. Everytime I come here on a late night after work either I have to sit at the speaker drive through for about 20 minutes remind you there is no car n pulled up at the window n wait there another 30 minutes finally got my food and the girl that was working the drive through was so lazy with bad customer service. When I got home my orders was wrong this happened to many times and whoever is in charge for late night drive through should be fire because they don't know how run the place. I'm sorry but with this kind of service this place will loose alot of customers. I have work customer service before and this place has the worst I have ever seen and been too. I would not repeat not going there no more even if I have to drive another miles to find another place beside jack in the box I would.
I once had a horrible experience at a Jack in the Box in Modesto the one on Josemite Blvd and Creekwood years ago and since then I had not eaten from there again, but this one was good, we only had tacos but they were actually pretty good.
Cashier/ordertaker not friendly to everyone. She's only friendly to her own kind. Bad for business.
Store can be very busy so be prepared to wait. Service is good and they are usually friendly.
Food is always good. Quick. Service is usually friendly but on occasion not always. Better than most fast food though
My client and I (believe me when I say we were desperate for Ghost Nuggets)Rushed to this location after leaving the Burger King inside the Am pm on the other side it's the Chevron. This Burger King location is the one who told us that Stockton Laguna location should have some. THEY DID. YAAAYDon't be offended because I'm black. The young black girl at the drive thru was ,fast, polite, read back my order and seemed very positive for the high paced, probably frustrating rush that was going on. She made my day!
I got 2 buttery jack burgers one with swiss cheese, no mayo, and all the rest of the condiments.It was tasty, fresh, delicious. If you have their coupons its 2 for 7 dollars plus tax.The service was friendly and fast.
