Went today on my lunch break. Stood in line for over 10minutes the staff just looked at me I wanted to order food and use the restroom. Another male approached in line as well after waiting I noticed the staff kept giving me snarly looks and snickering one Caucasian male customer went to the restroom however I wanted to place my order first then go to restroom I saw the ladies were not going to take my order so I stepped to the side and turned the corner as I was leaving and she immediately helped the Caucasian male that was in back of me. I said oh so you wouldn't help me but you came to help him she said restrooms are closed! I said well he just came out & I also wanted to order I am a commercial driver & on my lunch then she goes well order now I said no thank you you have a blessed day. The other customers just shook their head and one said you discriminated against her because of her race & my friend just came out the restroom so how are they closed? Everyone just stared at me I walked out the store came back with pen and pad and got the managers name Nalley from another employee who said I'm sorry about that she is like that. !!! I have money I work every day and will not patronize this establishment ever again and will be contacting my attorney. I would have been a fool to order food from someone like that who thinks so low of me! 1 star is too much
Of the many times that I've gone here personally, I noticed that the staff is always "on it". This is something I rarely see, because most of the time, staff usually just wants to get things over with, that they end up rushing and forgetting things in your order. Staff here is different, they'll even ask you if everything is in order.They're generous with the extras you ask for too.The only thing I don't like is the consistency, delivery sometimes has a few mishaps like missing sauce etc. This branch is still the best within 20 miles though.
Won’t pick up the phone, but this is the second time they’ve messed up my order. I ordered popcorn chicken in the big box and it comes with fries, and yet I don’t have any. And I specialized my burger and they charged me for it, but didn’t do it. Then I ordered 3 egg rolls and you only gave me 1. Then didn’t give me a receipt. Ridiculous. Maybe answer the phone so I don’t have to leave a review.
Wow, great friendly and fast service. Had taco combo with side salad instead of fries. Salad was crisp and fresh, they offered croutons, several dressings to choose from. Clean dining area, employees were professionally dressed and kitchen looked tidy and Clean.Will put this location on my weekly lunch rotation.
Used the Jack in the Box app for the first time, the process was easy and the service was excellent. Will definitely use the app again in the future.
If you follow me at all, you know I never give fast food places more than three stars. I'm not a big fan of Jack in the Box. Used to work there. I went there because my daughter wanted breakfast on the way to school. She is ok with it. Hint two people trying to lose a little weight or not gain weight I should say... buy The Breakfast Jack with sausage. It's cheaper than the croissant version and doesn't have as much bread.
Customer service was great. What I ordered was delicious. The Buttery Jack is great and now that I have gotten my sister's to try them,that's all they want when we go. Thank you
Not as fresh as usual, but still better than most fast foods at least around here.
I always enjoy the food we get from this location, and the app has really good deals.
The Impossible Whopper was delicious. Patty was well prepared, not burned like others I have tasted. The proportions of condiments were good match bun. I have gotten ones that were too dry at other places.
