Drive thru was reasonably efficient but the chicken salad left a lot to be desired. The veggies were fine but the chicken was cold, very processed, lacking flavor, and a bit water logged. Not a great salad for around $7.00. I would choose Wendy's for a fresher salad experience.
I was very surprised at how good the tacos and breakfast Jack were we're nice hot and fresh tacos crispy to meat inside warm breakfast Jack as usual cheese eggs cook perfection bread nice and soft great meal
I made a huge order and got my order quick. Fries were cold but other then that I was happy.
This is the best Jack in the Box by far. Food is always fresh and the employees are always very courteous and efficient.
I've moved and we don't have the chain where I'm at. Came back and ordered and was disappointed. Lots of the old items I had back then has been removed and/or changed. Customer service was still awesome!
Apparently arrived at shift-change, instead of the usual 3-7 minutes, it was extended by maybe 3-5 so to 10 maybe even 12. WELL worth the wait!!!THIS, (jack in the box), is where it all began with me. I can see "Rodney Allen Ripey" right now, and hear him too, as clear as if it were yesterday, "jumbojack,...it's too big ah eat". The vast majority of people have no clue who I'm talking about, but at 5-6 years old, my love affair with all things Jack began! The giant balloons alone were worth the trip! Well, a good product combined with good "service" is virtually impossible to beat. They've consistently, over the years, without waver provided 'Both', thus earning the title and distinction of being a true "American Icon". Many imitators, no duplicators. And did I mention Jack's "own" huge appetite? Just swallowed Dell Taco! "WHOLE"! In one gulp. Absolutely cannot wait to see what the menu metamorphosis' into!!!
They have no veggie brugers, nor do they have fish burgers. Which is a bit disappointing. But the fries, jalapeño bites,, and onion rings were pretty good. Basically the only veggie option.
I ask a thousand times while ordering put on hot fries ? I even ask at the window, on hot fries ?. Not! They'll put them in a bag and still hand me my food cold ugh now I'm tellin them don't put my food in a bag. One time I went to Jack in the box and she had the Nerve to put 2 slices of uncooked bacon on my fries....
This location just scammed us out of our money. We ordered 4 items and they only gave us 2. They didn’t give us a receipt either which makes it harder to complain. BEWARE! But then again, what do you expect from Stockton blvd location? If there’s a zero, I would give them that. Sorry not sorry!I hope the owner would take action. Watch video camera or whatever
Love the tiny spicy tacos! But did try the curly fries with chilly cheese and they are gooooood!
