Did I hear that right? Your open till when?Yes, they're open till 1am.They either have a long line out the door or one person just leaving.They have a huge selection, including 4 vegan options.They can be a tad pricey.Staff was super friendly and helpful.Recommend for a sweet treat around the golden one center.
The cookies are great, the cookies and ice cream selections are outstanding, really just a great place overall.I appreciated that the cookies are slightly under done. You get a great texture on the outside, with chewiness on the inside. Add some ice cream to that, and you have yourself a winner.
I had warm delicious cookies at my doorstep at 11:15PM, 10 minutes after I ordered them at the touch of my phone. Insomnia Cookies you blew my mind and my taste buds tonight. I am so grateful to be living in the future. What a time to be alive!
Scheduled an order through Grubhub to deliver some cookies to my team as a thank you. Per Grubhub, Insomnia Cookies were the ones who were supposed to deliver, however, they never did and they are impossible to get a hold of. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them for delivery.
Sorry don’t have a better picture. First the place looked closed - maybe you could change something about that. Well.. We ate it right away and it was great. We had the white chocolate macadamia cookie with ice cream. Our friend another one.
To make a long story short I waited in line after a Monster Jam event on 1/22/22 to order cookies for my son. When it was our turn we went inside and he ordered three confetti cookies and one bottled milk. After I had already paid they informed me that they were out of confetti cookies or they were baking some and it would take 30 minutes if I wanted to wait. We were pretty tired and wanted to head home so I asked them for a refund since my son didn't want any other flavor. Chantel said there was no manager on duty at this time (9:43 pm) and they would have to wait until tomorrow morning to have their manager refund it. No issues there given the time, I completely understand. They took a copy of my receipt and I kept the original since my son still kept the milk. Almost three weeks later and I can't get ahold of anyone to refund my money. I've tried calling numerous times to only get a message that their mailbox is full. The one time I was able to get to their mailbox I did leave a message but have not gotten a callback yet (that was last week). I live 30 minutes away and work until 7 pm so traveling there to speak to a manager is difficult. Hopefully a manager or someone else sees this post and will contact me to resolve it. If not I will contact the corporate office or BBB to review my issue. Thank you.
Last week I order 3 deluxe salted caramel cookies. After waiting for more than a hour my order still didn’t arrive . So I called the store. The woman who answered, said she just my order and that she made a mistake. She offered to supply me extra cookies for my troubles…When my order arrived on my doorstep the driver didn’t knock on my door, but that wasn’t the biggest problem. I opened my box and there were only 2 cookies. So I called the store and was told I wouldn’t get my additional cookie and be refunded instead for that one cookie.However, this one of many mistakes that happened to me from this particular store.The next day I decided to walk in the store to inform the manager, Charles about my concerns. I told him my dilemma ordering for his location for the past year. From the missing cookies to late deliveries I remained faithful and kept ordering.He assured me that he’ll refund my whole order and that his drivers will knock on doors from now on.A week goes by and I order again tonight. Loan behold the same problem happened to me again. Another missing cookie. When I called in the same woman answered the phone (I believe her name was Annalise). Her response to my missing cookie was far from endearing. She said“mistakes happen.” Which I find funny because I can count over 10 mistakes with my orders in the past year.I’m over it. It’s clear someone who works the night shift doesn’t like me. I can’t order from a place where 90% of time I feel like I’m taking a risk. A risk that my order is wrong.
This store will let you wait in line for a half hour just to tell you they aren't going to serve you. Proper customer service would be to serve the people who were in line before you closed. Wasting my time is a great way to loose my business.
Be prepared to be told to leave emptyhanded if you're not inside the building before they close. Even if you wait in line outside (as is their policy on the door) for half an hour, they'll call the manager and say they just can't serve you
These cookies are the best cookies ever ever had. It’s definitely worth the wait in the huge line.
