This is a great place to get food and pretty good food. I come here for years and quality doesn't change. Plus side is there's a hotel right by in n out which is convenient to people staying there.There is a downside but its one of those rare moments. Sometimes among the cooked fries there are raw fries, but again that is one of the rare few moments I had throughout all the years I've taken food from them.Workers are nice, patient, and usually understanding. Yes, the lines can be long but usually they go pretty quickly, if you don't want to wait in car then inside the building could be bit faster or faster then take out line. So it's your preference and the time you arrive there (like peak hour or not).I honestly don't have much if any complaints about this take out place.
What can I say? These guys always get it right. I like the protein style burgers where they are wrapped in lettuce, but it's worth making a point that it should be well wrapped in lettuce because some of these restaurants put some little lettuce that the burger just falls out of the lettuce wrap.Ok, the only problem is I finish up covered in mayo and ketchup and I'm picking up dropped pieces of onion and tomato but it's so good I'm still happy.The service is always fast and friendly. Smiling staff working flat out behind the counter should be commended and tipped, and if there's anything else you need, they'll do anything to make you happy.
Drive through food quality is becoming really bad. Cash register takes forever to check bills and sometimes they don't even give you back the right change because you're being blamed for holding up the line by not using a debit or credit card. Can y'all at least try not to burn my fries next time?
Don’t ever use cash here. The person handling the register is notorious to skimp out on your change; especially if they know you’re not a native english speaker. Employers need more cameras and closely monitor their workers.
Never before has there been a most fair price, nor menu ,nor employer, nor venue ,nor chain of burger places that can compete with In&Out .respectful as such maybe duel sided drive through like some of those coffee shops have. (I would put that in as my confirmed thought. "Just in case something were too come from it") . Totally happening at any one or better to say all of their locations across the state at all times of being open for business. Love it.
Really busy as usual....but no one is following the guidelines for using a mask...not sure if no one care or the employees are too busy or afraid of peopleI'll rather not come back here
This location is actually a lot faster than most, if not all of the locations I've been too. I've also never had a bad meal and they haven't ever screwed my order up. Not one time. And I've eaten here upwards of 25 times. I highly recommend this location.
Fast and efficient. The drive thru never has u there longer than 10 mins. Which is good! Besides, where else would u find a burger combo meal this delicious and under $10?!
